Design and Construction of Security Post, Rest room, Canteen, Gazebo/Rest Shelter, Amphi theatre, Pump room, Toilet Block and Electric control room with total Plinth Area of 258 Sqm approx. (Plint area of each unit shall be as per Annexure I) including soil testing, internal and external electrification, power wiring, internal water supply and sanitary works etc. all complete as per Specifications, approved drawing & Scope of work and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Design and Development of Storm water drains having total Length 600 RMT (approx) covering entire campus of Oxygen Park as per approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Design and Development of pathway : Total Area of Pavement: 1350 Sqm (approx) [900 mtr x 1.5 mtr.] as per scope of work, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Design and construction of Cement concrete pavement for pathway and parking area as per specifications, approved drawing & Scope of work of Bid Document and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in area shall be on prorata basis)

Design and Development of Unfiltered Water Supply Distribution Lines upto 100 mm dia GI pipe (approx 1200 RMT) covering entire campus of Oxygen Park as per approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Design and Development of Water Supply Distribution Lines upto 100 mm dia GI pipe (approx 600 RMT) covering entire campus of Oxygen Park as per approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Construction of Boundary wall 1.80 M high with RCC Frame Structure and Fly ash brick work, all around the eco park except gates, with concerting. Fencing 0.6 m dia over the boundary wall. The approximate length of Boundary Wall is 400.00 meter. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Repair and Renovation of existing Boundary Wall of 650 mtr. Length with Scope of Work as per Annexure II. (Note: Payment/deduction against any variation in length shall be on prorata basis)

Street Lighting/Garden Lighting with LED: Planning, Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of LED street/ compound/high mast/pathway/landscape lighting for the entire campus covering 37,230.00 Sqm as per approved design and Drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Design and Development of site with Horticultural works (25,000.00 Sqm approx) including 300 mm thick earth filling, grassing, tree plantations and potted plants etc. as per approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Development and Maintainence of Vertical Plants (100 x 100 Sqm approx) as per approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of IP based CCTV system for building security and entire campus comprising of PTZ / fixed camera, cabling, digital recording , HD display system with minimum display of 5" x 8" per camera and hardware, software support - for indoors and outdoor. CCTV shall cover entire campus of Oxygen Park and associated buildings as per requirement, design, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

UPS: Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of online 3 phase UPS system with 30 minutes back up for the entire building (min 20 KVA) including batteries, interconnecting cables, battery racks etc. as per requirement, design and approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

Design and construction of Underground sump (Min 48,000 Litres) as per requirement, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

Design and construction of RCC Overhead Water tank with staging height upto 20.00 Mtr and Capacity 75,000 Litres as per design, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

Designing, Supplying, Installation, Construction, Testing and Commisssioning of Fountain with lighting arrangements including all Civil works, nozzles, fittings, fixtures, pumps, electric panel with starter etc as per Specifications, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge.

Designing, Supplying, Installation, Construction, Testing and Commisssioning of Musical Fountain of size 1250 sqft. with lighting arrangements including all Civil works, nozzles, fittings, fixtures, pumps, electric panel with starter etc as per Specifications, approved drawing and instruction of Engineer-in Charge

Design and Construction of Welcome Gate 5.5 Mtr. with forest theme and murals as per approved drawing including motorized steel gate (01 No.)

Design and Construction of Motorized Gate upto 6.0 m width as per approved drawing including motorized steel gate (01 No.)

Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Testing of Floor Mounted RO Drinking Water ATM (2 Nos) with type of operation as Semi-Automatic as per Scope of work and Drawings.

Construction of Water Body/Pond (Size 24*40*2 cum)

Annual Flower Seedlings: Providing and stacking of winter seasonal seedling at site of work well developed and healthy free from disease in per tray and each tray having 100 Nos plants as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

Annual Flower Seedlings: Providing and stacking of summer & rainy seasonal seedling at site of work well developed and healthy free from disease in per tray and each tray having 100 Nos plants as per direction of the officer-in-charge.

05 (Five) years Comprehensive Operation, Maintenance & Upkeep of oxygen Park. The Operation, Maintenance & Upkeep of oxygen Park will be the responsibility of agency for a period of 05 (Five) years, after construction, develoment and handing over of Park. During this period contract has to maintain the PARK as handed over and by deploy sufficient Mali and cleaner/sweeper as per CPWD manuals and Gaurds for 3 shift including manure, good earth, fertilger and pesticies as per instruction of Engineer In charge. Cost of seasonal plants is only to be paid extra. All other plants, lawn, shurbs etc are to be mainatined and replaced free of cost during the maintenace period
