S & F 4 mm thick of size 600x600mm HSPC (high pressure Steam Cured) pre-Painted self embossed, textured designer board E-Board Classic to be fixed Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre. fixed in ceiling flat or Sloping including dismantling of old unsv ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) any thickness including cover fillets of any description and at any location complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses, post, purlins including special shaped washer etc. Complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade st-240 including dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F second class hardwood weather boarding, clean sawn, plain, 20 mm thick or feather edged 15 mm to 20mm thick and fixed with 30mm laps complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 2nd class hard wood scantling as in framed work etc clean sawn complete including dismantling of old one from its position all as specified and directed.

M&L for second class hardwood plain fillets exc 13sqcm and not exc. 25sqcm, square or rectangular in section, wrought, secured with nails or brads complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on one side of lathing in two separate layers even and smooth without using extra cement using water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement for finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including demolition of reed, lathing single or double, including battens and plaster or chicken wire lathing with and including provision of GI wire netting 0.71 mm dia and 12 mm mesh lathing in to reed in walls incl all laps cutting and waste complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) on the other side of lathing finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhat or frames exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off shutter from the frame) complete all as specified and as directed.
