Dismantling RCC by manual / by using deploying machineries etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Plastering Sand) 10mm thick including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, hacking the surfaces and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Repairing damaged Terrace tile area & Wall surface with waterproofing elastomeric coat by removing all existing paint, putty and Loose plaster over wall, clean surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. For walls & Terrace with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) / Acrylic primer added to the cement with 1:1.5 ratio apply one coats as a protection coating & to make the surface strong. Followed by two coat of elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR/ Acrylic primer, Elastomeric, POP and scaffolding etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Removing all existing loose concrete upto rusted rod, Surface preparation with metal brush & putty blade/ Sand paper for exposed reinforced corroded steel, application of anti corrosive paint for existing reinforcement, followed by application of SBR Bonding agent and one layer of micro concrete at 15 to 20mm thick & allowing it to cure and also complete touch up work with pop mixing with SBR Chemical. and surface plastering of 1:3 mix with SBR added cement. Followed by one coat of Elastomeric water proofing coating. The rate including labour charges, SBR, Elastomeric, plaster of paris, Micro concrete, Ladder, Ropes, Buckets and Brushes etc., complete complying with slandered specification and as directed by the departmental Officers at site of work.

Re-Painting Old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with Two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint with priming coat in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soil / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg / sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC / MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings, dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works). The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level

Supplying and fixing in position PVC specials of the following dia and types of approved quality confirming to BIS and providing leak proof joints including fixing to the walls and giving connection to the PVC soil stacks, dismantling the masonry or RCC works and re- doing the dismantled portion to original condition etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Supplying and fixing in position best quality and approved make Indian made white / colour glazed earthernware wash hand basin of size 550 x 400mm (with pedestal / without pedestal) with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost 15mm dia brass CP pillar tap, 32mm dia "B" class GI waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia GM wheel valve, 15mm brass nipple, 15mm dia nylone connection, 32mm dia CP brass waste coupling including fixing of wash basin using CI brackets on to the wall in position with TW plugs and screws, rubber washers, white lead and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coat of painting over a priming coat of anti-corrosive paint including testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The wash hand basin and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works).

Renewing and refixing of 5.50mm thick Plain glass for required size supported by existing reeper and its original position. The rate inclusive labour charges, glass cutting, shutter removing , refixing , transport etc,. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position Aluminium anodised natural colour matt finish louvered ventilator of size 900x600mm with outer frame section with 62x38x2mm at 1.174 kg/m and the louvered with moving arrangements made with aluminium channel of size 60x30x4mm @ 1.274 kg/m ALuminium clips 19.05x17.27/ 11.05x0.075mm @ 0.169kg/m with necessary 4mm thick plain glass panel for louvers including cost of all materials, labour and power required for fabrications, chipping dismantling making holes in RCC, masonry and made good to the original condition after fixing etc... complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers. The Aluminium surface is to be anodised with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI specification 1868/1962 for anodic film thickness of notless than 15 Microns,etc., complete.

Supplying and fixing solid core flush shutter of following type with thickness with necessary T.W. internal lipping alround conforming to IS 2202-1(1999) including cost of wind appliances and furniture fittings such as 3 Nos of SS 304 Grade Parliament Hinges of Size (125mm x 150mm), 2 Nos 300x12mm aluminium tower bolt 1 No. 200x12mm aluminium tower bolts 1no. 250x16mm aluminium aldrops, 2 nos. 200mm ‘D’ type aluminium door handle and door stopper with bush etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers - Single leaf.

Renewing and refixing the damaged aluminium anodized powder coated matt finish fully PLB partition with 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.28mm extruded box section at bottom, vertical and horizontal members. The vertical members are spaced at 80mm centre to centre to horizontal members are spaced at 0.80M, 1.60M and 2.40M height from the floor level. Panels should be covered with 9mm thick both side PLB exterior grade with necessary accessories like rubber beedings, aluminium clips, screws etc. The aluminium surface is to be anodized with matt finish under electrically controlled condition in accordance with ISI 1868 / 1962 specificaitons for an average wall thickness of not less than 15 microns. The rate is inclusive of cost of materials, conveyance, scaffolding charges if any required etc and necessary dismantling making holes in RCC (or) masonry works with power drill and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing the partition etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.

Fabricating Supplying and fixing in position of Aluminium door fully PLB with out frame Natural colourand necessary accessories such as aluminium clips, rubber beading, PVC felt, handle for a length of shutter (both sides), locking arrangements, furniture fittings such as aluminium tower bolts, aluminium tower bolt, aluminium Hydraulic door closer - 1No ., lock-1No., Door stopper with rubber bushincluding cost of materials labour charges and power consumption charges required for fabrication including chipping, dismantling and making hole to the required extent in RCC column, beams, masonry with power drill wherever necessary and redoing the damaged portion to the original condition after fixing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the deparmental officers..

Collecting the scattered debries using tipper machinery from work spot and loading into the tipper lorry and conveying away the same to outside by lorry to a lead of 3km entirely with in city limit including loading and unloading charges and dumping in low places and levelling neatly etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work. (200 cft volume capacity)

Clearing the Manhole chamber including removal of silt and slush and conveying the same to out side the compound after the dry condition of silt and slusg etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers at site of work.
