Providing Helper (MTS) to assist the operator for sewage treatment plant No 1 & 2 of capacity 2x 2.5 MLD at Amritsar Cantt as and when required responsible for plant operation . (03 Shifts/day, one in each shift of 8 hrs) and responsible for cleaning of plant/area for uprooting the grass, shrubs. Vegetation except the tree and cleaning of the maintaining STP/ETP and sewage installations area upto the fencing or boundary wall. Note : Minimum qualification of Helper should be 10th standard.

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant at GG Fort of capacity 0.6 MLD including the operation of silent DG set, panel board treatment water pumps including all equipments installed in STP.Note : Minimum qualification of Operator should be ITI/Matric with 3 yrs experience in this field.

Providing Helper (MTS) to assist the operator for sewage treatment plant at GG Fort of capacity 600 cum/dayas and when required responsible for plant operation. (03 Shifts/day, one in each shift of 8 hrs) and responsible for cleaning of plant/area for uprooting the grass, shrubs. Vegetation except the tree and cleaning of the maintaining STP/ETP and sewage installations area upto the fencing or boundary wall. Note : Minimum qualification of Helper should be 10th standard.

Collection of treated water sample from 0.6 MLD and analysis every month and when directed and report shall be submitted to Engr-in charge. However if results of any sample of treated water are not found satisfactory, same shall be again get tested by the contractor at his own, without any extra cost to the deptt. Parameters such as pH, TSS (mg/l), TDS (mg/l), EC us/cm, COD (mg/l), BOD (mg/l), Chloride (mg/l), Sulphate (mg/l), Oil & Grease (mg/l), T. Coil MPN/100 ml, F. Coil MPN/100 ml, SAR (mg/l), Amn nitrogen (mg/l) TKN (mg/l), T. Phosphorus (mg/l), RSC (mg/l) and oil and greasing or any other test shall be maintain as per CPCB Norms.

Collection of treated water sample from 2.25 MLD 1 & 2 and analysis every month and when directed and report shall be submitted to Engr-in charge. However if results of any sample of treated water are not found satisfactory, same shall be get tested by the contractor at his own, without any extra cost to the deptt. Parameters such as pH, TSS (mg/l), TDS (mg/l), EC us/cm, COD (mg/l), BOD (mg/l), Chloride (mg/l), Sulphate (mg/l), Oil & Grease (mg/l), T. Coil MPN/100 ml, F. Coil MPN/100 ml, SAR (mg/l), Amn nitrogen (mg/l) TKN (mg/l), T. Phosphorus (mg/l), RSC (mg/l) and oil and greasing or any other test shall be maintain as per CPCB Norms. Note for item No 5 & 6 :- The sample of treated water shall be got tested from any lab approvd by Punjab Pollution control borad available at their website. The sample shall be collected by the rep of the lab duly sealed in the presence of Engr-in charge and necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor.

Supply & used in treated sewage water for Sudium hypo-chloride liquid chlorine 15% to 30% in company sealed packing of fresh lot complete all as directed. Vegetation except the tree and cleaning of the maintaining the STP area /Sewage pump and ETP installations area with bush cutter machine upo the fencing or boundary wall (ii) If any operator/helper (MTS) are found absent from duty, recovery of Rs 500 per shift shall be made from contractor dues.(iii) The contractor shall be responsible for testing of treatd water sample as per CA provision but if tests are not found satisfacrory, recovery of Rs 15000/- will be recovered from contractor's dues for each failed test and after rectification contractor shall be responsible to carry out the re-test of the sample with in week and produced the test report of satisfactroy results. Nothig extra shall be paid to the contractor for the re-test or what so ever may be the expenditure on this accout.(iv) Area cleaning of STP and installation upto the fencing or boundary wall will be the responsibilty of contractor if area not found cleaned recovery of Rs 1500/- will be recoverd from contractor's dues.(v) Packing material required for sample for testing and testing equipments requried at site shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

M&L for filling of PVC MBBR Media in MBBR tank suitable for sewage treatment plant of capacity 2x2.5 MLD as per existing type and size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge Make : Thermax or equivalent.

M&L for dewatering and cleaning or raw sewage collection sump 6.0 mtr dia, 9.20 mtr depth and desilting and taking out to all sludge dry or wet and removal upto n.exc 3 km distance from the starting point and depositing the same in low lying isolated area as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for cleaning of raw sewage collection sump well at STP No 1 & 2 of size 6.30 mtr dia, 4.90 mtr depth and desilting and taken out to all sludge dry or wet and removal upto n.exc 3 km distance, from the starting point and depositing the same in low laying isolated area as directed by Engr -in Charge.

M&L for dewatering and cleaning and desilting or sludge of MBBR tank of size 6.30 x 6.0 mtr, including taking out to all waste material, sludge from tank and removal at a distance of 3 km distance (Max) and deposting the same in low laying isloated area as directed by Engr-in Charge and taking out complete filter media cleaning washing and laying of the same in layers as per thier grading all as per existing back washing and restart of MBBR in min possible time.
