FD WSS (WATER TREATMENT PLANT WITH BOTTELING PLANT)

1. Scope of Work. Provision of Survey, Design, Supply, Installation & Commissioning of RO (Reverse Osmosis) Water Filtration System (Material of Construction - Stainless steel - SS of min 304Grade) of capacity 500 LPH having suitable water testing facilities along with supply of 2000 Nos Re-usable bottles/ Containers of 20 Ltr of specific design with re-sealable cap. The plant should be installed in a PUF insulated building. Maintenance during operation including provision of necessary spares/store for maintenance for two years from the date of commissioning/ Handing over shall be provided by bidder. Additionally, Insulated pipe with Centrifugal pump and gate valve as per site requirement is to be provided from source of water to feed water storage tank/plant to maintain the continuity of flow of raw water. Necessary connection, with gate valves and drain plugs, to be made for the same. Note: - 1. The interested bidders must visit the site and ascertain various factors for preparation of the (DPR)detailed project report. A preliminary survey report and water test report conforming the collection of raw water from the exact source will have to be provided as part of the bid documents. 2. The unsuccessful bidder shall have no rights to claim the expenses for site visit, preparation of detailed design and vetting the same on the Tender Inviting Authority (TIA) or any other Government Authority. All the expense for DPR will be borne by the bidder only. 3. The L1 vendor will submit the design as well as treatment process, duly vetted by IIT/ NIT/ Govt Engineering college within two weeks of SO being placed. 4. Provision of backwashing for all the components along with suitable capacity pump and storage tank (s) should be provided by vendor. 5. Suitable size of pressure relief valve and bypass arrangement immediately after each pump to prevent excessive pressure must be provided by vendor as per technical specification and drawing attached at tender documents
