Construction of embankment with materials deposited from Roadway cutting (Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other surfaces graded and compacted to meet required of table 300-2)

Construction of granular sub base as per table 400-1 construction of granular sub base by providing close graded material, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layer with motor graded on prepared surface watering rolling and compacting with vibratory power roller at OMC to achive the desired density complete as per clause 401.Plant mix method (with Mechanically crushed stone only) (iii) for grading -III Material

Wet Mix Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density in accordance to Table No. 400-12, 400-13 and as per clause of section 406 of specifications

Tack Coat - Providing and applying tack coat with catonic bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per relevant clauses of section-503 of specifications (i) @ 0.25 kg per sqm (normal bituminous surfaces)

Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher to the required grade, level andalignment and rolled as per clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction and as per clause 504 of specifications . (ii) for GradingII(19 mm nominal size) bitumen content 3.5%

Bituminous Concrete Providing and laying bituminous concrete using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 % of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 507 of specification. (iv) for Grading-II (30-45 mm thickness ) with 60/70 bitumen(VG-30)

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface Providing and laying of hot applied hermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes all complete as per clause 803 of specifications.

Excavation In Soil with Dozer with lead upto 100 metres Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment up to a distance of 100 metres (averagelead 50 metres), including "'Imming bottom and side slopes in aocordancewithrequirementsoflines,grades and cross sections.

Dry lean cement concrete sub baseConstruction of dry lean cement concrete Sub- base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to xceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum,optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8- 10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing as per clause 601 of specification complete in all respect.

Cement Concrete Pavement Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, plain cement concrete pavement M-40 grade concrete over a prepared sub basewith cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip form paver, spread, compacted and finishing to lines and grades as per drawing as per IRC 15 2011

Add extra in Item No.6.3,above for the cost of steel in dowel bar and tie rod including craddle, laps etc. complete required as per design. I) Mild steel MT 39259.00
