Overhauling of CGL make Pneumatic type 145 KV SF-6 Circuit Breakers. The job includes overhauling of complete mechanism assembly including opening of control valve assembly holding latch anti-pumping pin, opening & leaning of pneumatic system, cylinder shock absorber etc. cleaning & greasing of all these parts opening of reservoir, checking of electrical connection and tightening them. Rectification of air leakage problem through NRB safety valve, replacement of consumables spares as roller D valve sheet, O-ring P-80, O-ring P-18, O-ring P-7 etc. and other damaged ring if necessary. Rectification of gas leakage by replacement of O-ring and brazing of gas pipe assembly of the mechanism satisfactorily operation of breaker form local & remote of the following feeders at 132 KV Sub-station, Hardoi (i) 132 KV Hardoi-Kaurha (Railway) line

(ii) 132/33 KV 63 MVA T/F-I.

Replacement of old 33 KV triple feeder Control & relay panel of 33 KV Ataurali, Kachhauna & Sandila Town feeders with new triple feeder control & relay panel at 132 KV S/S, Sandila. The work includes dismantling of old C&R Panel after opening of termination, control cables, earthing & shifting them in store. Erection of new C & R panel after shifting them from store to required site then completion of cable termination, and proper cable dressing using tie and glanding of newly erected C & R panel. Earthing using 10/12mm electrode of C& R panel and using 25x6mm earthing strip and all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.

Dismantling of old & obsolete 200 AH, 110 Volt DCDB at 132 KV Sub-station, Sandila by opening all AC/DC terminals and battery cable termination as well as parallel erection of new DCDB and termination of all AC/DC and batter cable termination without DC failure at instructed by JE/SDO. The work also include erection & commissioning of DCDB require ferrule, glands & lugs will be provided by the contractor, including shifting of DCDB from store to control room & back to store.
