Improvement of Road from Santosh Multi Specialty Clinic side to Mayfair Road in Ward No. 16

Dismantaling of Cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for re-use and removing the debries within 50mtr lead and 1.50mtr lift etc complete as per direction of EIC

Earth work excavation in hard soil or gravelly soil with 50mtr initial lead for excavation in foundation and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site etc complete as per direction of EIC

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded granular sub-base Grading-III materials per table 400-1, spreading in iniform layer and with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density complete as per Clause 401 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works

Providing laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to "WET MIX MACADAM" specification including premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achive the desired density as per Clause 406 of MoSRT&H specification for road and bridge works

Scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50mm and disposal of scrarified material withinall lifts and lead upto 1000 mtr.

C:C: (1:3:6) using 4 cm. size H.G. C.B metal including the cost of all materials, labour carriage, royalty etc complete.

C:C: (1:1½:3) using 12 mm to 20 mm size H.G. stone chips including the cost of all materials, labour T&P sundries etc complete.

First class Fly Ash brick work in cement mortar (1:4) in foundation and plinth with best quality bricks having crushing strength from 75kg/cm2 to 99kg/cm2, immersing the bricks in water for not less than 6 hours before use (the bricks shall be well burnt, free from cracks, well shaped, uniform in size and shall produce a clear metallic ringing sound when struck) includes moulding, chamfering, corbelling etc. complete as per drawing, design and specification, watering and curing for 7 days including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, labour, T&P etc. and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Laying Factory made Chamfered edge Cement Concrete Paver Bliocks of required strength, thickness & size/shape made by table Vibratory method , to attain superior smoth finish using PU or Equivalent moulds ,Laid in required gray colour and Pattern over 50mm thick Compacted bed of coarse sand , copmacting and proper embedding / laying of interlocking Paver Blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, Filling joints with Fine sand and cutting of Paver blocks as per required size/Pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand in footpath , parks, lawns, drive ways, or light traffic parking and Lanes/Road etc, all complete as Per Manufacturers Specifications and Driection of Engg -In -Charge. 80mmm thick Flyash based Paver Pervious Concrete Blocks With approved colour design Pattern etc. complete.(without cost of Paver )

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning the road surface spraying primer @ of 0.60Kg/M2 using manual means including cleaning the surface and applying primer coat as per clause 502 of MoSRTSH specification.

Providind and laying "BITUMINOUS MACADAM" with hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with Bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transportred to site laid over a previously prepared surface with a hydrostatic paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibrating and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 504 of MoSRT&H specification for Road & Bridge works. Data for 205 Cum (450 Tonne)

Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder of 60/70 penetration grade of bitumen transporting the hot mix to work site laying with a hydro static paver finisher with mechanical control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per clause 508 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge work. (Data for 195 Cum (450T)

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5mm thick including rafleat rising glass beads @ 250gms per sqmt area thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC-35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc complete.

Providing 12mm thick plaster in C.M. (1:6) over Brick massonary work racking out the joints finsihed smooth to proper line and plumb , watering and curing for 7days with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting two coats with weather seal coat over a coat of water bound wall primer.

Labour for surface dressing with 12kg penetration grade bitumen and 0.15 cum of 19mm nominal size chips for 10M2 and rolling with P.R.R. and including the cost conveyance & royality of chips & cost of maxphalt.

Carriage of Excavated earth by mechanical means within 5 km lead including loading and unloading with all cost conveyance T & P sundries etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge.
