(1.11) Providing and applying polyolifine tape coating (Cold applied) to external surface of M.S. Pipe as per AWWA C214-14 Standard comprising of liquid adhesive, inner layer tape and outer layer tape including preparation of outer surface of pipe by solvent cleaning, abrasive blasting to a finish of Grade 2.5 to DIN EN ISO 8501-1 and surface profile of 50 to 75 microns as per DIN EN ISO 8503-2 including field joints coating at site complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer in In charge.
(1.6) Manufacturing, supplying ,lowering, laying and jointing in position to correct line spirally welded SAW/Fabricated MS Pipe having bevelled end plates / coils, confirming to IS 3589-2001 or its latest revision/ amendments, for following thickness and inside diameter, including all taxes (Central and local), transportation and freight charges, inspection charges, loading/ unloading charges, including cost of labour and material, specials (Tee, bend etc.), field joints, satisfactory hydraulic testing, disinfection, commissioning etc. complete as per technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge; (excluding earthwork, internal lining and outer coating). Note : Providing and fixing of all requisite specials as per drawing, design and layout are inclusive in RM measurement of the item and shall not be paid separately.
(8.5.2) Pump House with suitable EOT arrangement with Girder - 10.0M X 12.0M
(S.No.19, Chapter V, BSR (WRD) Pali 2023) Lip cutting and final dressing as per designed section including re-handling and disposal of excavated earth in layers 20 cm on embankments etc. with cost of dewatering wherever required, and complete in all respect

(8.3) Providing and fixing steel, gate, grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats or black pipe with hold fast and fitting complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paints.
(RUIDP 2023 ISOR 15.7) Providing, constructing coffer dam in river basin / dam storages asper type design including excavation, filling the middle portion withB.C. soil (in gunny bags if required). Providing impervious /semipervious materials on both sides of B.C. soil (in gunny bags ifrequired) including ramming, compacting to the satisfaction ofEngineer-in-charge till the completion of work including dismantlingcoffer dam after completion of works and disposing off the materialas directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note : Maximum top widthpayable shall be 2 Mtr. and maximum payable side slopes shall be1.5 horizontal to 1 vertical, if the constructed top width of the sideslopes are less, then the measurements at actual are payable. Extratop width or flat slopes are not payable. Contractor is free to useballies, plastic sheets, piles, pipes, CGI sheets for supportinghearting materials instead of impervious/ semi-pervious heartingmaterials for which no extra payments shall be payable. 30%payment shall be withheld for dismantling of coffer dam.
(8.2) Construction of boundary wall of Brick/ stone masonry as per enclosed GA drawing, scope of work and technical specifications complete work in all respect. Brief details of boundary wall parameter is as below: 1. Depth of foundation- 900 mm. 2. PCC in M-10, width -900 mm and thickness 100 mm, 3. Stone masonry in CM: 1:6 section of foundation above PCC, 600 mm (W ) x 450 mm (D) and 450 mm (W) x 450 mm (D) 4. Superstructure work: Stone masonry in CM: 1:6, W-300, height-1650 mm,/ Brick work in CM: 1:6 W-230 mm, height- 1650 mm. 5. Cement mortar pointing on Stone masonry and cement mortar plaster 20 mm thick on brick masonry in CM 1:6. 6. Expansion joint shall be on every 30 mtr. 7. On top of wall there shall be CC Coping 75 mm thick (1:2:4) shall be provided. 8. Pillar for main gate 350x350 mm in size is part of boundary wall. 9. Cement paint of approved colour in 3 coat shall be done.
(8.3) Providing and fixing steel, gate, grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats or black pipe with hold fast and fitting complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paints.
(RUIDP 2023-10.18) Providing and fixing 1.8 metres high GI barbed wire fencing with 2.4m angle iron posts 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm placed every 3 metrescenter to center founded in M15 grade cement concrete30cmx30cmx60cm, 0.6 metre below ground level, every 15th post,last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sidesand end post on one side only and provided with 12 horizontal linesand 2 diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, fixed with GIstaples, turn buckles etc complete as per clause 807 of MoRT&Hspecification & type "A" as per IS : 278-1978 size designation 5 (linewire 2.24, point wire 2.00mm mass 97-106 g/m) including almaterial, labour.
(8.1) Construction of Pump house of brick/ stone masonry of required size suitable for installation of maximum 4 no. Monoblock pump sets as per approved GA drawing, scope of work and technical specification complete work in all respect including electrical works for lighting and fans, rain water drainage. The plinth area of pump house shall be area of measurement.
Centring and shuttering --
(PHED REVISED BSR 2023 - 4.7) Providing and laying in position cement concrete M10 grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) in base course complete including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding for road restoration work in trenches of pipe line and chamber work. Measurement for CC work to be made as per standard trench width specified in tender document and no extra payment shall be made be made for trench width more than specified, complete work as per technical specification and scope of work.
(4.8.1) M20 grade Nominal Mix 1: 1.5: 3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

(18.11) Providing & Fixing of IK08 IP-66 protected high power LED flood light system with single piece Pressure diecast aluminium housing, toughened glass diffuser with suitable lenses on LED to achieve various beam angles, of high power LED of 3 to 5 watt each . Integrated potted driver as a unique BIS R number having efficiency more than 85 % and in compliance to BIS certified and Trade mark certificate. The System level Luminaire efficacy >=125 lm/ wt. (PWD BSR 2022 - 23.27) Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect. (RUIDP 2023 - 44.6) SITC of Soft Starters with panel supplied by manufacturer conforming to applicable standards with logic inputs & outputs, relay outputs and analogue outputs, plug in I/O connections, display of electrical parameters, state of load & operating time, RS 485 serial link for connections to Modbus.
