PART-I: 300 MTR LONG (6 SPANS OF 50M EACH) PMT PSC BOX GIRDER (SEGMENTAL PRECAST CONCRETE BOX GIRDER) MAJOR BRIDGE
Design and construction of 300 m long (6 spans of 50m each) Major PMT PSC Box Girder Bridge including Sub Soil Investigation (SSI) and approach road on both ends over Bagh Nallah at Km 10.000 on Parole-Korepanu-Rajpura Road under 69RCC/13 BRTF/Project Sampark in Jammu and Kashmir(UT) including proof checking of design and drawings as directed by Department and based on hydralulic data, Sub Soil Investigation data, ground data, special Conditions, Particular Specification of the tender documents including Plate load test of foundation, load testing of superstructure as specified, all preparatory works, foundations, abutments, piers, return walls, POT & POT cum PTFE bearings, including design, launching/errection of staging works as required, Decking, Wearing coat having non skid surface, strip seal expansion joints RCC hand railings, Kerbs, RCC crash barrier, guard posts, drainage arrangement over carriage way and footpath, service arrangement for utilities, painting with non-corrosive paint to all exposed steel works, kerbs, protective works, temporary river training works, diversions and all other itmes of works required and necessary, for complete construction of bridge including curing.
PART-II: CONSTRUCTION OF 145 MTR LONG APPROACH ROAD ON BOTH SIDES OF COMPLETE BRIDGES
Construction of 70 mtr on Korepannu end and 75 mtr on .Sanjimore end approach road on complete bridge. The tantentive quantities of approaches for guidance are earth work in embankment – 1672.98 cum, Permanent work for construction of Retaining wall in PCC 1:3:6 of size, (20m L x1m H), (60m Lx1.50m H), (40m Lx2m H), (60m L x2.5m H) , Retaining wall in RCC (M-20) of size (60m Lx4m H) mtr, (20m L x5m H), Crash barrier- 290 mtr and pavement work comprising preparation of sub grade in 7.60 mtr width, GSBC 15 cm thick in 7.60 mtr width, WMM 100 mm thick 01st layer in 7.30 mtr width, WMM 75 mm thick double layer in 7.30 mtr width, DBM 50 mm thick in 7.00 mtr width and BC 3.00 cm thick in 7.00 mtr width including Prime Coat and Tack Coat, Centre/Edge line marking, fixing of Cat Eye and Delinators all as specified in particular specifications and as per MoRT&H Specification (Vth revision) for Roads and Bridge Work for complete construction of approach road on both side of the completed bridge.
