Demolishing the CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Demolishing the plastering from walls / R.C.C. and P.C.C. members without causing any damage to the wall/ member upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses including purlins fabricated using M.S circular hollow section conforming to relevant I.S.Code as per approved design and drawings including providing M.S. cleats, base plates, bolts and nuts and one coat of red oxide Zinc Chromate primer and two coats of approved enamel paint complete including fitting necessary cleats etc. for fixing ceiling joists as per design and drawings as directed. b) Using other ISI marked approved circular hollow section.

Providing Pre Painted Galvalume Sheet Roofinng (PPGL) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc.to be measured and paid separately) TATA Blue scope / Dyna Roof / Durakolor / Wonder Roof / JSW Steel / Spectrum or equivalent as directed by the Department. (i) 0.45 mm thick

Providing wood work in frames of false ceilings, partitions etc. sawn, wrought, framed hoisted and fixed in positions with spikes, nails , M.S. flat, angle / cleats with bolts and nuts completes including kiricide oiling two coats to unexposed surface of the timber (M. S. flats, angle cleats and bolts and nuts required for flats, angle cleats wherever necessary shall be measured and paid separately) . (a) With Gamari / Bonsum / sundi.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceiling wIth approved quality with necessary nails, wood screws including Ist class local wood 50mm x 12mm (hollock/ bonsum/ sundi) beading including painting two coats to timber beads complete as directed (ceiling joist to be measured and paid separately). (a) 4.5 mm thick.

Providing, fitting and fixing steel window/ventilator (openable) of standerd rolled steel section as per relevent I.S.code-1038 joints mitered and welded with 15mm x 3mm x 100mm lugs embedded in cement concrete block of M-10 grade including providing and fixing of projecting hinges (not more than than 65mm and not less than 15mm wide) bolting device and steel handles, peg, stays of 300mm long etc.complete as per drawing including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Providing, fitting and fixing door frame made of M.S. equal angle of size 40mm X 40mm X 5mm fabricated, welded, mitred and jointed as per relevent I.S. codes including fitting 8nos. of M.S. hold fast, providing closing / holding device for two nos. tower bolts of door for each side and 1 no for fitting and fixing L-drop (for single leaf) to the frame for fixing the door to the frame, applying primer to all steel surfaces fixing the frame to the wall / R.C.C. members by embedding the hold fast securely in C.C. block of M-15 grade complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Door hinges to be paid as per relevant item of the schedule of rates).

Steel work riveted and / or bolted / riveted in built up sections, frame work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming red-lead paint upto 4.6m height above plinth level including drilling holes, supplying, fitting and fixing with bolts and nuts or welding, if necessary as directed. a) In beams and joists with connecting plates / angle cleats.

Providing brick soling in foundation and under floor with stone/best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewaterind, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling

40mm thick cement concrete floor consisting of 25mm under layer of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 coarse aggregate of size 12.5mm and down) and 15mm thick wearing layer of cement concrete in prop.1:1:2 (1cement : 1 coarse sand : 2 coarse aggregate of size 10mm down) finished with a floating coat of neat cement finish using cement slurry for bond @ 2.75 Kg per square metre of floor area, wearing layer is to be laid in panels including curing etc complete as directed.

10mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete walls for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. (a) In cement mortar 1:4

15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on sigle or brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed (A) on rough side (i) In cement mortar 1:4

Providing two coats of acrylic water based wall putty / wall filler of Asian paint / Berger / Dulux over concrete / cement plaster / brick walls and ceilling both internal and external after removing all the loosely adhering material from the wall/ ceiling surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush, moistering the wall with the help of sufficient quantity of clear water as specified and directed by the department.

(a)Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade an new wall surface to give an even shade, over and includind a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth (i) Priming coat with distemper primer

18. (b) (ii) Top Coat

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after thoroughly brooming the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matters including preparing surface even and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with waterproofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade after thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint / Berger paint / ICI paint / J & N paint / Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter. i) Surface over 100mm in width or girth. (ii) a) General purpose (Asian paint / Berger / ICI / J&N / Nerolac)

Providing barge board of size 200mm x 20mm with 1st class local Hollock / Bonsun timber including fittinf and fixing with necessary wood screws etc. complete.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in width/girth after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting. a) With ready mixed paint, wood primer (Pink)
