The bidder shall be the manufacturer/Authorized dealer/supplier and shall have proven experience in similar field & supplied electronics items to any State Govt. / Central Govt. / Govt. undertakings/reputed organization in India.In proof of the above, Purchase order copy of total order value not less than Rs.5.76 Lakhs in a Single purchase order and invoice copy/supply completion certificate issued from competent authority shall be furnished. The purchase order copy furnished shall be of the preceding five financial years (i.e., 2021-22 2022-23,2023-24 ,2024-25,2025-26 and the period up to the date of submission of bid). The work orders of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The bidders in the last five financial years(i.e.,2021-22 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 &2025-26) should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.11.51 Lakhs. In proof, Annual report/turn over certificates duly certified by chartered accountant shall be furnished. Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present level of the financial year in which the tenders are invited.

The Bidders shall upload a copy of GST Registration certificate.

The Bidders shall upload a copy of IT-PAN.

The Bidders shall upload DECLARATION-I FORMAT ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign.

The Bidders shall upload DECLARATION-II FORMAT ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign.

The Bidders shall upload FORM OF BID FORMAT ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign.

The Bidders shall upload BIDDER DETAILS ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign.

The Bidders shall upload TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION FORMAT ENCLOSED duly with seal and sign. The agency should furnish details and complete specifications / make intended to supply for the above subject part-1 of the bid.
