Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure of size not less than 30 cmX 30 cmX 30 cm with cast iron /MS frame with MS cover plate, 6 mm thick having locking arrangements shall be suitably embedded in the masonry enclosure and 20 mm dia Medium class GI watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. attached to the electrodes and a funnel with mesh on the top of this pipe for watering the earth shall be provided with charcoal/coke and salt etc. as required.

Main Emergency Panel: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Totally Type Tested Assemblies(TTA) Floor/Wall mounted Cubical type LT Panel should be compliance with design verification document as per IEC 61439 -1 & 2 (as per Latest IEC norms) Suitable for 415 V, 3 Phase, 4 Wire 50 Hz AC supply system having front surface area of suitable size to accomodated following switch gears and scheme fabricated in compartmentalized (preferably) design from CRCA sheet steel of 2 mm thick for frame work and covers, 3 mm thick for Mounting Plate and gland plates including cleaning & finishing complete with minimum 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, having siutable Amp capacity extensible type TPN Copper bus bars (neutral bar shall be same size of phase bar) of high conductivity, adequate for specified rated continuous and short circuit current covered by proper graded heat shrinkable PVC sleeves (colour coded). The Job inclusive of 05(Five) years Annual maintenance contract(AMC) (02 Years Compulsory Maintenance and 03 Years Semi -Comprehensive Maintenence) as per terms & conditions attached with as SOQ in the Tender Document.
