Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level incl tiles/stones if any complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C 2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in (1:6 ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per item No 5 above but except bricks. Note:- Old bricks shall be reused after cleaning.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ) in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing new plastered surface and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls and applying one coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

All as per sl item No 10 but applying two coat of cement based paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F SFRC drain/manhole cover 'heavy duty' of overall size 1000mm x 600mm x 100mm factory made complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes: - (i) Make of SFRC Manhole/drain cover and frame : (a) M/s Polycrete. (b) M/s KK Manhole (ii) Contractor will provide manufactuerer test certificate of SFRC cover & frame

M&L cement concrete Type C 2 ,1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drain, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as sub base and mass complete all as specified and directed,

M&L for sand filling /sand cushioning for bed of interlocking tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block glazed, coloured any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thick, M-40 grade with grey cement and pigment, all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling and re-laying of 60-90mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of any grade/colour/design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L polished Chequered cement concrete Coloured tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment laid on screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 18-20mm thick over and includindg 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab 18-20mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 mix (using 40mm graded stone agg) as in flooring /paving/plinth protection including finishing even & smooth w/o using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts(wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded in concrete or brick portion and making good disturbed complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cement Concrete Type B 2 1:2:4 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Hand rails, half round or othersteel section or core for woodenhand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concreteand screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as difillets (for securing wire meshrected, drilling holes notching for wire, etc.; flat iron,etc.) including all necessary and similar work conforming toFe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs for 1.00m dia concertina coil dia hot dip prime galvanized punched tape string core (2.8mm thick wire of risn tensile strength of 165Kg/50mm tape (0.52mm thick) and having 0.915m dia (appx) after stretching, stretched length of 9.00m (maximum) including GI-U clips for laying over boundary wall with angle iron complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for restraining re-scuring including making good staples etc galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire of any description and restraining and refixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing M S galvanised fencing of square any size or type complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing or welded wire mesh of any description complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Framed work such as grills,gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors;ladders; framed balusters; walkways; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar workconforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surface and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of redoxide, zinc chrome primer of same make complete all as specified and as directed

M & L for pre - cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in manhole cover / drain covers set in CM 1:6 etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Scraping and removing sand to a distance exc 50 metre but not exc 250 metre from slanted base of firing range. Note : (i) The height of one end of slanted base of firing range is approx 1.50 mtr from surrounding GL and height of other end is approx 6.00 m from surrounding GL. (ii) The quoted unit rate is deemed to included loading and unloading of sand.

Labour only for filling of mixture of ganga sand and saw dust (in equal proportion by voulme or as directed by Eng-in-Charge) including spreading and levelling in layers not exc 25 cm in slanted base of firing range. Note : - (1) The height of one end of slanted base of firing range is approx 1.50 mtr from surrounding GL and height of other end is approx 6.00 m from surrounding GL. (1) Labour element for mixing of sand and saw dust is deemed to included in quoted unit rate (2) Sand and saw dust will be measured and paid seprately.

Supply only Ganga sand complete all as specified and as directed

Repair/replacement of sand bags, filled with sand and placed at required place all as directed. Note: 1. Sand will be measured separately. 2. All painting items will be done by using mechanical sprayer only. The contractor should have at least two mechanical sprayers on site
