Repair / Renovation of Directorate Office Building (2nd Floor) and Washroom at Fire and Emergency Services Headquarter Batamaloo Srinagar

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-incharge: 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including Extra for brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting, raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 meters lead.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying executing pressure/non pressure grouting in cracks,voids,honey combs and porous zones of RCC beams, columns and masonary/concrete Walls using URP polymer grout and cementatious grout including drilling,fixing nipples,sealing and finishing complete as per specifications and directions of engineer-in-charge

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying 4mm thick torch-on waterproofing membrane comprising polymer-modified prefabricated bituminous membrane, APP/SBS modified, reinforced with non-woven polyester fleece of minimum 160 g/m², including thorough cleaning and preparation of concrete/screed surface, application of compatible cold-applied bituminous primer at manufacturer's recommended coverage, torch application and full bonding of membrane using propane/LPG gas torch, providing minimum 100 mm longitudinal overlaps and 150 mm transverse/end overlaps, heat-welding and sealing of all joints, treatment of corners, junctions, penetrations and other vulnerable locations, and extending the membrane up vertical parapets/ upstands by minimum 300 mm, securely terminating in suitable chase/groove and sealing with compatible polyurethane/bituminous sealant, complete in all respects as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Rate shall include all materials, labour, primer, membrane, LPG/propane gas, tools and tackles, scaffolding/access, safety arrangements, surface preparation, joint treatment, sealants, wastage and all incidental works required to provide a complete and watertight waterproofing system.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.

Providing, applying and laying waterproofing treatment to the walls and bed of shafts by injection method, using approved quality waterproofing/injection material, including thorough cleaning and preparation of the surface; drilling of injection holes at suitable spacing wherever required; fixing of injection nozzles/packers; preparation and injection of approved waterproofing chemical/grout under suitable pressure to effectively seal cracks, joints, voids, honeycombs and other sources of water ingress; removal of loose/damaged material; sealing of injection holes after completion of injection; curing and finishing of treated surfaces, including all labour, materials, tools and tackles, injection/pumping equipment, scaffolding, carriage of materials to and from site, loading and unloading, all leads and lifts, wastage and all incidental operations, complete in all respects as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.The waterproofing/injection material and system shall be of approved make and suitable for the intended application, and shall be applied strictly in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge
