Cleaning of Terrace surface and filling the crack with crack seal chemical and applying one coat of Asian primer and two coat of Damp proof chemical of Asian brand etc. complete water proofing work with materials and labour charges. as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

White Stone Bela mesonry block in course in superstructure with stone of approved quality in Lime Mortar 1:5 (1- Cement :5- course sand) including packing the joints etc. complete. (more than 10 ton)

20mm thick sand faced cement plaster on walls upto height 10 metres above ground level consisting of 12mm thick backing coat of C.M. 1:3 (1-cement : 3- sand) and 8mm thick finishing coat of C.M. 1:1 (1-cement : 1-sand) etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 35 mm thick shutters for Doors, windows and clerestory windows including Indian teak wood frames 12 cm x 7 cm. size including anodized alluminium fixtures and fastenings including primer coat of approved quality and two coats of oil painting etc, complete. (ii) Fully Panelled.

Providing 15mm thick cement plaster in single coat on Rough (Similar)side of single or half brick walls for interior plastering upto floor two level and finished even and smooth in (i) Cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3-sand)

Providing and fixing eco-friendly light weight calcium silicate false ceiling tiles having Tegular edge & 15 mm Thick Densified edges on the Tile Periphery for Extra Strength the Light weight calcium silicate ceiling tiles shall have, light reflection 85% non-combustible as per B.S. 476 part IV, 100% humidity resistance and also having thermal conductivity0.043° w/m KC. for the best thermal Insulation. The Light weight calcium Silicate tile shall be of approved texture Fine fissured/ Spintone/Cosmos having NRC value of 0.5 & Globe having NRC value of 0.75 NRC or equivalent of size 595 X 595 mm to be laid on true horizontal level suspended inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanizing @120 grams per sqm including both side) consisting of main ‘T’ runner suitably spaced at joints to get required length and size of 24X38mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm center to center, and cross ‘T’ of size 24X28mm made out of 0.33mm (Minimum) sheet spaced 1200mm along spaced between main ‘T’ at 600mm center to center to form agrid of 1200X600mm and secondary cross ’T’ of length 600mm and size 24x28mm made of 0.30 mm thick (Minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200X600mm panel to form grid of size 600X600mm resting on periphery walls/partitions on a perimeter wall angle pre-coated steel of size (24X24X3000mm made of 0.40mm thick (minimum)

Painting one coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Laying 8 mm to 10mm thick mirror polished granite flooring using granite tiles of size 30cm x 60cm or as directed over 30mm ( Ave. ) base of cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry including rubbing and polishing etc. complete.

Providing and fixing storage units of full/ low height as per drawing. They shall consist of 18mm thk. 303 MR ply top, sides, bottom, shelves and shutters & 8mm thk 303 MR ply for back. The bottom of the storages shall be at 75mm from FFL. The shutter with box type hinges of approved make & teak lipping finished with melamine polish with approved Veneer on all the shutter edges. Division of the shutters shall be made equally according to the length of the storages. All the external surfaces including back shall be finished with Veneer with Melamine polish of approved make. 18mm thk. 303 MR Ply shelves at 16” interval (approximately / divided equally) shall be provided. All inner surfaces shall be finished with laminate including the shelves. Rate shall be inclusive of all necessary approved fittings like hinges, locks, 150mm long SS brushed finish handles, tower bolts, and any necessary hardware items. all complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of EIC
