AC REPAIRING AND OVERHAULING:- Repair and Maintenance of Duct Air Conditioner 34 ton (8.5tonx4nos)system installed at 220kv s/s Basti including repairing Servicing & Overhauling along with all associated work required for satisfactory with all cost of men, spare material (PCB. Compressor, fan blade of outdoor Unit/Roller Blower of Indoor Unit Starting Running/Motor Capacitors and HP/LP Switch) misc consumables, T&P cost of transportation for repairs as needed etc. this work also includes a) Cleaning of filters, cooling coil indoor/outdoor condenser fans including pressure cleaning by air/ water brazing of coils checking of compressor operation replacement of fabric/polyfiber filter of indoor unit and general cleaning for satisfactory operation of the unit b) Topping up of Refrigerant Gas c) Complete filling of Refrigerant Gas after checking attending leakage by necessary pre-testing brazing testing Gas including by pressuring with N2 necessary dismantling and re-assembling
