1. Manufacturing,supplying & fixing in position Steel windows of MS sheet 20 gauge thick with openable shutter frame and shutter frame made out of steel section confirming to IS 7452/ 1990.The outer frames of windows made of Z section (F7D) of size 25 x 20 x 3 mm confirming to IS7452/1992 mullions are made of (F4B) of section size 46x25x3mm confirming to IS7452/1990.The shutters are individual and each of them can be operated separately. Sash bars are made of 'T'section (T2) of size 25x22x3m, 2nos of sturdy hinges and one numbers of handle cum slatch of special type are fixed for with openable shutter. Suitable opening is left for its any operation. One number of adjustable stay with locking bracket of sufficient length shall be provided for each shutter 4 nos. of 40x40x3mm anngle hold fast 230mm length are welded to the outer frame at appropriate point.M.S square bars of 12mm size is welded to the inner face of the window at equal intervals not excluding 10cm spacings ,20gauge MS sheet is used for covering the shutter. Supplying and fixing in position mirror of size 600x450 mm / 500x400 and 5.5 mm thick of approved quality and brand of size with necessary plastic back, PVC frame with bottom stand of approved color with brass screws, rowel plugs etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental officers. Solid PVC door shutters using 19 gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mmx30mm. Necessary modification of Furnace chamber and introducing new LPG mode plant. Cremation fabricated out of heavy duty material and provided with necessary openings for gaseous fuel firing through burners and feeding body. Repairing of Furnace shall be constructed with high temperature and insulation bricks to ensure minimum heat loss. The furnace shall have ash collection chamber and provision for periodic ash removal. The furnace shall have ceramic tiles finishing on the outer side.
