Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 120 sq. mm (45mm)

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) feeder pillar base pedestals, including form work, excavation and refilling etc. as required.

EARTHING:

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe for loop earthing etc complete as required.

Providing and fixing 25mm X 5mm G.I. Strip in 40mm dia G.I. pipe, 0.50 meter below ground from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc., as required (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and laying of 110 mm outer dia, PE80, PN6 rating HDPE pipe IS:4984, IS:14333 by Horizontal Directional Drilling including jointing/welding of HDPE pipes across the runway/taxiway and Roads by trencheless directional drilling (HDD) method by deploying HDD machines, mud mixing system, Earth movers etc. complete as required.
