Supply, install, testing, and commissioning of silent built in within an acoustic enclosure diesel engine driven generating set Liquid Cooled for standby power supply 415 volts, 03 Phase, 4 wire, 50 cycles / sec, 250 KVA at 0.8 power factor complete with alternator directly coupled to diesel engine, mounted on common base frame & complete with self starter , fuel tank capacity not less than 08 hours fuel requirement & battery 12 volts 180 AH lead acid type, battery leads, sound proof canopy etc. with features for automatic shutdown in the event of a circuit failure condition arising from low oil pressure, high coolant temperature, over speed etc. & suitable microprocessor based controller with the following undermentioned features & all as specified & as directed : a) alphanumeric LCD display with LED backlight. b) Operator interface. c) Suitable to provide a record of most recent fault conditions & fault history. d) Complete alternator data viz, voltage ph - ph, ph - neutral, KVA , frequency etc. e) Complete engine data viz, starting battery voltage, engine temp, engine runnning hours, engine oil pressure etc. f) Control incl provn of service adjustment & calibration of DG control functions.

GENSET SPECIFICATIONS : PRIME MOVER RATING : 250 KVA NO OF PHASES : 03 POWER FACTOR : 0.8 (LAG) ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS : Make : Cummins, Greaves power, Siemens BHP : Min 300 BHP COOLING : LIQUID COOLED ALTERNATOR SPECIFICATIONS : Make: CG, Kirloskar Electric, Stamford VOLTAGE : 415 RPM / FREQUENCY : 1500 / 50 HZ INSULATION CLASS : H CLASS NOTE:- i) The cost of servicing including minor repairs/replacement such as topping up of coolant, engine/lub oil, diesel as well as lub-oil filters including periodical checking of the complete DG set for the complete defect liability period as & when required is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. ii) Anything missed out in the technical specifications but technically required for efficient working of DG Set is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of first fill of engine oil & final successful acceptance test. iv) The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of 8 Hrs test run at site as specified in the PS in presence of rep of Accepting Officer; all testing arrangements / equipments, resistive load including POL shall be made available by the contractor. (v) The construction of suitable size of foundation with PCC 1:3:6, Type C-2 shall be as per manufacturer's instruction and the cost for the same shall be deemed be included in the quoted rates.

M & L for disconnecting and dismantling old BER DG 1 x 250 KVA along with control panel and connected cable of any size, dismantling and transporting carefully and depositing to BSO store yard complete and making good to existing disturbed surfaces all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr (B.G.L.) and connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washer of galvanized iron including PCC (1:2:4) type B1 precast RCC cover slab with suitable handle made of 8 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia med grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore light grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SI Part 1 and testing on completion complete.

Supply and fix in repair off load change over switch 415 volt 50 Hz confirm to IS-13947-3 with enclosure and side handle of cap 400 Amp four pole including taking down old one make Havells /L&T/Legrand

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated, extruded PVC outer sheath and inner sheath, galvanized steel strip armoured cable of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 Core with stranded aluminum conductor suitable for rated voltage of 1100 Volt grade and laid in trenches/passing through pipe/ducts or on pole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with layers of sand ( 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Supply and lay burnt best quality locally available old size sub class 'B' bricks laid in trenches perpendicular to U/G cable for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/laying of 80/ 50mm and 40mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under road surface/floors not more than 6 mtr wide etc with using mechanical or manual devices as required at site including making good disturbed surface to match with the existing strata after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed

S&F light grade galvanized iron pipe 80 mm bore confirming to IS : 1239 and ISI marked with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n. exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed for cable trenches, foundations etc.

Returnng, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes or similar holes each not exc 0.5 Cum getting out ,returning, filling and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance nexc 50 mtr and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for filling of Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in trenches filling all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface in broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing of pre-painted hot-dip aluminum-zinc alloy metallic coated plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick (Total Coated Thickness) as per IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, valley, gutter, fixed with self tapping screws as specified including necessary scaffolding and safety measures at any floor complete all as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses,purlin etc and similar works, including special shaped washer etc,complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I.S.1161-1979 grade St.-240.

S&F mild steel work in plates (plain) channels, squares cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, with riveted, bolted or welded attachment.

S&f mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal square nut, n exc 5cm long dia of neck 10mm.

M&L preparing new steel surfaces of any description not other wise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II (WATER PIPE LINE)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50 m wide and n. exc 1.50 m in depth and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed for laying water pipe and all as specified and directed.

Cutting of existing bituminous road Exc. 45 cm and not exc 90 cm in depth and width 45 cm (min) for laying of pipe,tubing etc. and making good and finished & matching the disturbed surface with existing materials complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m above and depositing where directed at level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point.

Taking up or down steel tubing and disconnecting including cleaning for refixing or for removal to store all as specified of 150 mm Bore.

Taking up or down Air Release Valve and disconnecting including cleaning for refixing or for removal to store all as specified of 150 mm Bore.

Taking up or down Sluice valves and disconnecting including cleaning for refixing or for removal to store all as specified of 50 mm Bore.

Supply and fix Cast iron Air release valve with two air outlets,150 MM dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains.

S&F in repair cast iron sluice valve in any position double flanged complete with SS spindle, iron wheel handle clock wise closing with drilled hole flanged heavy duty PN 1.6 of following Bore including rubber gasget, nut, bolts, washers sluice valve of size 50 mm Bore complete all as specified and directed. Make Kirloskar/Leader/Upadhyay.

S&F in repair cast iron sluice valve in any position double flanged complete with SS spindle, iron wheel handle clock wise closing with drilled hole flanged heavy duty PN 1.6 of following Bore including rubber gasget, nut, bolts, washers sluice valve of size 80 mm Bore complete all as specified and directed. M&L for plain cement concrete PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) for bedding to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as specified and directed.
