Excavation in trenches in any kind of soil not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for laying cables etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for River dry sand cushioning to UG cables (8 cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable) in trenches including punned thickness up to 18 cm and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Returning, filling in trenches in any kind of soil in layers not exc 25 cm after laying of cables including spreading, levelling, and well ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus soil to a distance outside MD land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and lay un reinforced pre cast concrete cable covers conforming to IS-5820-1970, class HV, type 2 flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm laid in trenches as protection to HT cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out / down unserviceable / damage HT 11 KV grade cable of any cross sectional area and its connection of any description laid in trenches and fixed with pole / wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying & testing of cable 11 KV HT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of size 3 core 185 sq mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Suply & fixing perforated cable tray, made of 2.0 mm Galvanized Steel sheet, duly bended to required shape by sheet bending machine, including cover, made of 1.2 mm thick Plain Galvanized Steel sheet duly screwed with the cable tray and duly fixed on the wall / ceilings including suitable Galvanized Steel brackets or hanging from the ceiling with suitable suspender as required at site for 250 mm size complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable existing Feeder Pillar Box and Supply install testing and commissioning feeder pillar box of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 1000 mm, factory made outdoor pedestal type double door fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet and angle iron 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm sloppy roof locking arrangement comprising 50 mm size Godrej brass pad lock with duplicate keys two earth terminal suitable cable gland plate for incoming and outgoing 11 KV HT cables and protection of joint grouting of feeder pillar box by providing 90 cm long angle iron of size 50x50x6mm welded on all the four corners embedded in platform,duly fabricated in a CPRI approved. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally expoxy polyster powder coating of flint grey shade. The panel shall having aluminium bus bar three strips of minimum size 800mm x 75mm x 10 mm with DMC/SMC/FRP HT long insulator complete all as specified and as directed.Note :- (a) Cable Joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Busbars should be insulated with coloured heat shrinkable type PVC sleeves and should be mounted on 12 KV grade insulators .

M&L for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate eletrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below GL) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filled in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised iron 32 x 6 mm strip connected by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised iron or steel, provision of 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for protection of GI earth strip and 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering arrangement and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber of size 45cm X 45cm X 45cm including, MS funnel, wire mesh, 50 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 earth pit cover with 6 Nos, 8 mm dia high strength deformed steel TMT bars on both ways including necessary excavation in any type of soil, returning, filling in, removal of surplus soil to distance n exc 50 mtr, provision of charcoal and salt complete all as shown in electrical plate No 4 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Earthing continuity conductor galvanised iron strip 25 mm x 4 mm or main earthing lead fixed to wall with clamps or recess or croses or buried in ground or drawn in conduits/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying laying testing & commissioning XLPE HT cable , insulated, screended, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electic power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, conforming to IS : 7098 (Part II), 11 KV "E" grade, ISI marked in drum, cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core laid in pipe / ducts / trenches / under floor / under road / poles etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Excavation and earth work, sand cushion, PCC cover and protection pipe shall be measured and paid separately in respective items. (b) Contractor shall ensure to visit the site and workout the actual requirement of cable before placing of order as per the site requirement as approved by GE / Engineer-in-Charge. (c) The unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of any straight through joints comes in the total length of cable. No extra payment shall be allowed for the straight through joints

M&L for Heat shrinkable HT 11 KV Indoor termination joint kit for XLPE 11 KV (HT) 3 Core cables including materials for the following sizes of cable complete all as specified and as directed :-

(i) 3 Core XLPE Cable 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm

(ii) 3 Core XLPE Cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm

M&L for Heat shrinkable HT 11 KV Out door termination joint kit for XLPE 11 KV (HT) 3 Core cables including materials for the following sizes of cable complete all as specified and as directed :-

(i) 3 Core XLPE Cable 50 Sqmm to 95 Sqmm

(ii) 3 Core XLPE Cable 120 Sqmm to 185 Sqmm

Supply, joint,and test, HT Straight through jointing kit Heat shrinkable type suitable for HT 11 KV XLPE armoured aluminium cable with necessary jointing materials straight through, connecting of sizes suitable for the following size of cable complete all as specified and as directed :-

(i) 50 to 95 Sqmm 3 Core

(ii) 120 to 185 Sqmm , 3core

S&F cable route marker made up of PCC block (1:3:6) type. C-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregated of size 900 mm x 300 mm x 100 mm thick (45 cm burried in ground) and properly painted colour as per approved by Enginer - in -charge (HT) and written both side with signed red colour paint (MES HT cable 11 KV ) on route marker / Indicator including necessary excavation, PCC and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 100 mm dia light grade galvanized pipe ISI marked with all fitting ISI marked, laid in trenches, under road or fixing on wall / pole / crossing nallah etc including taking out old pipe complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 mix using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in platform, filling and mass concrete, coping to pole for embedding stay rod all as specified, including necessary form work and applying two coats of white wash to exposed surfaces of coping / platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for pole foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 mix using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for stay wire / foundation / platform complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Boring of holes under road, pavement hard standing by using trenchless technology using ultrasound technique and necessary machine to insert pipe of 100 mm light grade GI pipes with all fittings such as bends, elbows, Tees, etc, for protection of cable complete including all plant & machinaries, alongwih Butt fusion welding machine with all accessories, T&P etc required complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Protection pipe will be measured and paid separately
