Loading unloading of materials including collection of materials from other stores, central stores and from differernt transport godown and handing over the same as by deploying unskilled labour. Scope: 06 nos unskilled labour per Day

Upkeeping of concrete pavement/Black topped roads excludingcoal transport road by brooming and disposal of collected debris/wasteat collectionpit/ dustbinsor at specified locationswithin a leadof 50 metres includingall tools&plants like spade, basket, broomswith handle stick complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Up keeping of inside office/ service / welfare buildings including: a) Cleaning of floors by brooming and mopping, walls ceiling, partitions, chairs, tables, almirahs, staircases, verandahs, balconies, window glass panes, small drain adjoining plinth protection etc. once in a day in the office building daily in all working days. (b) Cleaning of bathroom / toilets once in a day with water, detergent, phenyl etc. daily in working days inclusive of Cost of detergents and other toiletaries as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Carriageof garbageor earthmixedother wastes by tractor trolley includingmanual loading and unloading and disposing at garbage dumpsoratanyotherspecifiedlocation asper thedirectionofEngineer In-Charge. (i) For lead of 1 km

Maintenanceof lawn, garden, flower beds, ottedplants, plantsand trees, plantingof newplants / new lawns as andwhere required includingwatering, removal of weeds,wildvegetationetc,manuring, puttinggoodearth, fertilisers, applyingpesticidesat various locations etc.asperthedirectionofEngineer-In- harge.(Costofplants,manure, goodearth, etc. tobepaid for separately.However, cost of tools & plants, exiblepipes,fertilisersandinsecticide/pesticidesare included in the itemand is tobearrangedbythecontractor.Thewatersupply point shall beprovidedat onepoint at eachseparatelocationby the department.). Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm

Spreading of sludge,dump manure and/or good earth inrequiredthicknessasperdirectionofofficer-in charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Providing Circular Cement Concrete pots of specified size, cast with cement concrete of nominal mix 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size), reinforced with 7 Nos ( 3 nos horizontal & 4 nos vertical “ U “ shape) M.S. wires of 3.5 mm dia as per design, including required form work, finishing with cement punning on exposed surface, curing for specified period and stacking in required rows & height, all complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge. Top inside dia 30 cm, outer bottom dia 20 cm, total height 30 cm with wall thickness of 25.4 mm
