REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF TRANSFORMER EARTHING TRANSFORMER OIL CT PT VCB OCB RMU HT CABLE AT BHDC UNDER GE EAST DELHI CANTT 10

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformer capacity upto 630 KVA from HT/LT terminals and lowering down/getting out from inside sub station for minor repair complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting electrically and mechanically indoor/outdoor transformers inside the substation of capacity 750 KVA to 1000 KVA, carefully for major/minor repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for draining out complete transformer oil from transformer of upto 1000 KVA capacity at site which found minor repair and storing the oil in suitable container (container to be provided by the contractor to keep aside for re-use (after repair) and (Transportation charges shall be borne by the contractor against item No 4 & 5 of schedule ‘A’ here in after)

M&L for transportation of unserviceable transformer of capacity upto 630 KVA from site to workshop and return back for installation it on original position/location after repairing from workshop (Rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation, T&P and man power)complete all as specified and directed .

All as per item No 4 above but of capacity above 630 KVA to 1000 KVA

(a) Repairs to the transformer of capacity upto 1000 KVA as follows :- (i) Fixing only HT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, washers 3 Nos. and LT procelain bushing with studs, nuts, and washers 4 Nos. and connection with primary and secondary windings and reconnecting with the main terminals as required and directed. (ii) Fixing only breather assembly, conservator, oil temperature gauge after proper cleaning, minor repairs etc. as required and directed. (iii) Replacement of all unserviceable gasket from top cover, HT/LT bushing with new one by using rubberised gasket sheet 4.0mm/6.0mm thick duly pasted with suitable adhesive . (iv) Replacement of unserviceable bolts with new one and fixing of existing serviceable bolts, nuts, washers of different sizes and tightening properly.Note HT/LT copper Coil measure seperatly.

Supply only HT coils with super enamelled copper wire /DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance.

Supply only LT coils with super enamelled copper wire strip/DPC of high quality duly matching with the existing guage and impedance.

M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV /11KV and 11/0.433 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this Schedule here-in-after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in transformer or for topping up as required and directed

S&F in replacement (at site/workshop), Porcelain Transformer bushing on LT (440 Volt) side, including brass stems conical bush and gasket after disconnecting electrically and mechanically for indoor/outdoor transformer of capacity upto 250 KVA and re-connecting electrically and mechanically, testing complete all as specified and directed. Note.The rates quoted is deemed to be included the cost of necessary labour charges for draining out & re-filling transforer oil, opening of top cover by unscrewing nut, bolts washers and suitable size pad type bus bar almuminium and nut bolt washers etc.

All as per Serial item No 11 here-in-before but capacity 315 KVA to 630 KVA

All as per Serial item No 11 here-in-before but capacity 750 KVA to 1000 KVA

Repairs/maintenance of 11KV HT OCB/VCB Panel including bus coupler of any type, size and capacity complete including the following :- (a) Taking out 11KV HT VCB of 400/630/800 Amps rating trolley from HT Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of HT VCB trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of insulating. Cleaning & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB connection to HT panel complete. (b) Taking out all types of relay from HT11KV VCB panel and cleaning the contact and adjust the contact. Calibration all type of relay ie. master tripping relay, earth fault tripping relay, over current, over voltage relay, circuit supervision relay etc through relay testing kit & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in HT panels complete all as specified and directed .

Servicing of PT unit three phase three limb upto 11 KV draw out type single ratio having primary 11 KV & secondary voltage 110 volts 200 VA class I, including necessary bus bar connection & wiring for metering after disconnecting of HT supply from HT VCB of capacity 100 to 630 Amps for repair works, taking out burnt oil and refill oil and servicing of PT unit complete all as specified and directed .

S&F, installation and commissioning as in replacement of HT 11 KV current transformer double wound cast resin type of ratio 600-400/5+5, 300-150/5+5, 200-100/5+5 & 60/5+5 amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair/maintenance of bus bars inside HT 11 KV panels, by removing old burnt out insulation tapes and dust layers, cleaning with CRC/thinner and drying properly. Insulating the bus bars with HT 11 KV insulation tapes making arrangements for dust and vermin proof to the HT 11 KV panels at different locations.

S&F in replacement of indicator LED lamp for RYB phases complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of fixed contact block complete suitable for 11 KV HT VCB of capacity 400/630/800 amps, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement of moving contact block complete suitable for 11 KV HT VCB of capacity 400/630/800 amps, complete all as specified and directed

S&F in replacement triping coil assembly for 110/50/24 Volt DC for 11 KV HT VCB of capacity 400/630/800 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement closing coil assembly 110/50/24 volts DC for 11 KV HT VCB of capacity 400/630/800 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement motor & gear assembly 220 Volt AC motorised mechanism of V.C.B 12KV 1250 Amps capacity including testing & puting on load complete all as specified & directed.

S & F in replacement auxillary switch (7 No + 7NC) for HT V.C.B 12KV 400/630/800 Amps capacity .

M&L for topping up of / filling of SF-6 gas to achieve required gas pressure in the breaker and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 3.3 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m.

M&L for attending major break downs on HT/LT lines, UG cables including , replacement of insulators/conductors/crrossarms & laying of temporary cables etc Note- 1. items used will be measured & paid seperately under relevant item of Sch A . 2. The contractor shall immediatly attend break down on short notice as & when required with T&P and transport on receipt of information in required to breakdown on the direction of Engineer in charge. 3. If contractor fails to attending break down the contractor should face penality and Amount of 1% work down be deducted from RAR.

M&L for cutting and removing grass, vegetation bushes etc from surrounding HT installation/LT Panel/Four Pole structure/Sub Stations and removing all rubbish to a distance not exceeding 50 m as directed.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size for HT of size 25x20 cm complete all as specified and directed

M & L For shifting of 11 KV RMU comprising and including following complete all as specified and as directed:- (a) Dismantling existing 11 KV RMU and its connected accessories (all types of cables HT/LT, earthing strips) complete from its existing location with the help of cranes and necessary tools and manpower. (b) Shifting of 11 KV RMU complete and its connected accessories to New location within 2 KM distance as directed. (Location PCC WARD 4 way RMU TO Loundry Substation3 way RMU) (c) M&L for Provision of New Foundation/Plinth/Staging, including necessary earthwork, PCC, Brick work & plastering complete as required at site, as per manufacturer's instructions & as directed. (d) Placing, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of 11 KV RMU at new location complete as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation / fixing pole / laying cable and pipe line etc or for man hole etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levilling, watering and well ramming in layers, not exeecding 25 cm thick using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated Soil to a distence not exceeding 50 m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing dry river sand as in sand cushioning to under ground electric cable including punning down of sand in layercomplete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge. Note: for measurement purpose punned thickness of sand only will be considered.

Supply and Laying burn brick size 225 mm X 113 mm X 75 mm etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV, earthen grade cable for Outdoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material nut bolt and connection and other connected accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV, earthen grade cable for Indoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material nut bolt and connection and other connected accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Supply & fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthen grade cable for straight through Heat shink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium coductor cable of size 95 Sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV, earthen grade cable for Outdoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material nut bolt and connection and other connected accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 240 Sqmm.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV, earthen grade cable for Indoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material nut bolt and connection and other connected accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 240Sqmm.

Supply & fix in repair cable jointing kit for 11 KV earthen grade cable for straight through Heat shink type joint complete with jointing material & accessories suitable 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminium coductor cable of size 240Sqmm.

Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by manually including HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engg -in-charge

Material & labour for GI steel tubing light grade for protection of cable/ earth continuty conductor fixed to poles/ walls/ roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps , bolts nuts and wahser etc of pipes of size 80mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair HT terminal protector 3 core 11 KV upto 95 to 300 Sqmm Size Right Angled Cold Applied Boots.

Supply and installation in replacement Anti-condensation space-heater with Thermostatic control in cable and circuit breaker compartments of HT switchgears complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement VCB, OCB, Busbar and feeder side spout complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement protection device power pack unit 24v/110 V DC with battery backup complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 11 KV VCB vacuum interrupter as existing make (Areva) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement 11 KV VCB Epoxy body existing make (Areva) complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection terminal of HT cable and locating pin point fault in HT cable 11000V grade of any size including to & from hire charge of special T&P complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F and testing commissioning in repair Microprocessor Based digital over current and earth fault relay.

Supply and laying in repair XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3core.

M&L for disconnecting power supply from 11 KV RMU and CSS ( 200/315 KVA) of capacity 400/630 Amps for repair works, complete servicing of the same through decarbonising , cleaning the isolating contacts, cleaning with CRC removing dust particles from bus bar chamber, checking proper operation of Relay setting all as directed and testing, and putting on load complete all as specified and directed .
