Removal of land slide in hilly area in ordinary rock not requiring blasting by mechnical means including cutting and trimming of slops and disposal of cut material with in all lead and lift as per technical specification 302.3.5 (three zero two point three point five) and 1611 (one six one one) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge including carriage of all labour, equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts and all incidental charges.

Earthwork in excavation for all type of road structures such as retaining wall, breast wall, drain and parapets etc. in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rock chiesling / wedging out rocks (where blasting is prohibeted). Dimesions and other particulars as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 305.1 (Three hundred Five point One) including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and its disposal including dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material, trimming, filling of unevenness blindages and finishing of the road to specified dimensions. All work of excavation by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosions, damage to hill side, water pollutions etc., and to protect stability of hill side rock. Stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unserviceable excavated materials in specified manners to dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of execution shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost of all cases.

Providing and laying plain concrete i.e. P.C.C. grade M 10 (ten) Nominal mix 1:3:6 (one isto three isto six graded crushed hard stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete including the cost of formwork in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying plain concrete i.e. P.C.C. grade M 20 (twenty) Nominal mix 1:2:4 (one isto two isto four graded crushed hard stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated and curing complete including the cost of formwork in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 (Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and one thousand two hundred three) and as per direction of Engineer in Charge and as per MORD specification including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location of site through all modes of transportations in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand) or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approvedsteel primer.Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips 60 cm overall with 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheets in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regular modified polyster organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating + back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia & prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer in Charges. including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. including carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transporation in all leads and lift including all incidental charges and as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
