Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and 1.5 mtr depth for foundation etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm grade cruhed stone aggregate for making good the road/path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep getting out in soft/loose soil for cleaning and cutting of grass/bushes (at zero level) in and around the installation / yard and spreading thin layer of anti-vegitaion chemical to prevent abnormal growth of grass/bushes including removal of surplus soil complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- The above item shall be carried out through out the contract period as and when required and shall measured and paid once only)

M&L for Taking out existing filter media like sand, gravel & ferminex from filtration plant of capacity 10,000 gallon per hour including soda & Alum Pots & removing from site and cleaning the internal surfaces of filtration plant with soda & Alum Pots with using PVC/Steel wire brushes to remove all scales, iron particles and finally clay & other foreign particles with clean water complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out existing unserviceable PVC nozzles and Supply and fix new PVC double deck type PP strainer nozzle of size 10mm to 15mm (3/8” to ½” inch) dia, push type complete all as specified and directed. (Make: RMCO/ASHFORD or equilvalent make as listed in list of make).

Preparation of internal steel surfaces and pressure type iron removal filtration plant 6000 to 8000 GPH capacity by scraping with wire brush and removing all dust, scales and other foreign particles and thoroughly washing with clean water and drying and applying two coats of anti-corrosive black bituminous paint suitable for drinking purpose on entire internal surfaces (except glavanised surfaces) of filtration plants complete all as specified and directed. (Make: Berger/Dulux/Asian/Nerolac or equilvalent make as listed in list of make)

M&L for preparation of old painted external surfaces alongwith connected external steel components of pressure type iron removal filtration plant 6000 to 8000 GPH capacity by scrapping and applying two coats of blue synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for packing of new filter media of Gravel size 12 mm to 25 mm in layers of approved quality obtained from ‘Barakar River’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable rubber gasket from position with taking out of nuts, bolts etc and S&F New rubber gasket of size 75 cm outer dia, 3mm thick rubber sheet of approved quality fixed with suitable size & dia mild steel machine made nuts, bolts & washers of required size & numbers complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Nuts, bolts & washers shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item here-in-before).

Ditto all as per item no. 36.00 here-in-before but size 45 cm outer dia.

Checking overhauling and pressure testing of normal working pressure and replacement of unserviceable gauges safty "V' belt compressor piston rings etc for air compressor stationary type electrically operated air cooled complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (first quality) after preparation of surfaces by scraping old paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel machine made nuts, bolts & washers of size 15mm(5/8”) dia and 75mm (3”) long or nearest suitable sizes for top cover and side cover of Soda /Alum pot complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable butter fly valve from existing location and supply and fixing butter fly valve lever operated suitable for IRP including nuts and bolt and rubber gasket complete all as specified and directed. (Make- Kirloskar/ BIR/ Ramco or equilvalent make as listed in list of make)

Supply and Fixing digital flow meter cum Totalizer for clear water insertion type with SS-304 welden adopter with connected item complete all as specified and directed. (Make Aster Model no- FT 650 or equilvalent make as listed in list of make)

M&L and repair for LED Aviation/ Obstruction Light installed on The Roof of Overhead reservoir or on High mast light with taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. (Make:-C&S Cat Part No. LTAL100 or Surya/ Philips/ Bajaj/ Havells/ CG)

Supply and Fix Smart metal water level indicator with alarm on full tank with 05 no sensors of stainless steel molded with polypropylene contact type water level sensor for overhead water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down CI pipes 80 mm dia, Checking, cleaning internally by using steel brush /scrubber throughly to remove all rusts/slit/mud etc from pipe and Keep the Serviceable pipes & Lead in safe custody for refixing in existing/new position including replacing worn out Sockets, nuts, bolts, flange, gasket complete all as specified and directed.
