BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping groundout of ACTREC premises with lead lift and truck.

WRITING TABLEProviding, fabricating and making working / writing table of required size as shown in drawing. Table top 600 mm.width consisting of 19mm thick commercial ply of approved make resting over vertical supports cabinet made of 19mm approved commercial required intervals or as shown in drawing, all expossed edges should be lipped with 6mm thick lipping patti and all exposed surfaces should be laminated with 1.5mm thick plastic laminate of approved make & shade non-laminated area should be polished with 2 coats of french polish legs if required to be made out of 2 inch x 2 inchT.W. for required height. Including all necessary fittings like C.P.brass/S.S.hinges of approved Archies make , Godrej multi purposes lock, tower bolt, ball catches & C.type powder coated handle etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing & making of fully drawer storage unit made up of 19mm thk. Commercial plywood with heavy duty sliding channel & with 6mm thick commercial plywood for back . 19mm plywood for top, bottom, front of shelves. Side of the drawer to be of 12mm thick & bottom to be as per the requirement. 1mm thick approved laminate to be fixed on exposed surfaces of unit. All faces to be laminated. Including items such as lock, hinges, tower bolt, handle to be of heavy duty & approved make only.

WOODEN CABINET -Providing & fixing cabinet made up of 19 mm. Commercial ply of approved make for top, bottom, sides & shelves & 8mm commercial ply approved make for back side Door shutter made up of 19mm thick commercial ply and outer surfaces and top of shelves for open type cabine should be laminated with 1.5mm thick approved plastic laminate sheet of required colour including all brass fittings such as hinges, tower bolts, ball catches, stopper, handle, kNosbs as per shown in drawing or approved by Engineer-In-Charge etc.and all exposed edges lipping with 6mm Thick T.W. lipping patti.locking arrangement with Godrej multipurpose lock etc. all complete as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm ot 4mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

ALUMINUM OPENABLE / SLIDING WINDOWS Providing & fixing in position aluminium openable window shutter with frame fully glazed / aluminium grills witH using 5.5mm thick glass sheet of approved make and quality plain / frusted / bajari glass of approved make fixed with aluminium beeding channels with two way rubber gasket / PVC lining to ensure water tightness and Nos rattling for aluminium grill fixing with F channel beeding using satin finish anosdized 15 micron sections for shutters and frame of required size and section including using aluminium / S.S. hinges of required size of reputed make, tower bolt of required size of Archies make , C type alum handle for shutter of Archies make and other necessary hardware as per requirement etc. complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Providing and laying gang saw cut 30 mm thick, mirror polished pre moulded and pre polished machine cut granite stone of required size and shape of approved shade, colour and texture in footpath, flooring in road side plazas and similar locations, laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
