Control panel for automation of motors in clear water reservoir with provision for High efficiency SMPS and Industrial grade Normally open(NO)relays. Programming and intergration of pumps control panel with the master controller system. Logic programmed into the microcontroller based on the input of the engineer-in-charge. Pump control panel and pump starter intergration with Master control panel. Based on the input of the smart liquid sensor at the desired level of water the pump should switch OFF and ON automatically without operator interventation based on the input of the engineer-in-charge. Fail safe manual application , incase of emergency. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Master controller system, with Ability to receive input from the sensor and convert input signals to readable data in centimeters(Depth of tank). Programmable processor to aid customisation of the unit as per the site requirement. Calculated level is fed live 24/7 to the display unit, cloud server and mobile App. Upto 6 hours of battery backup through recharegeable Lithium ion batteries. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Digital level display unit with Display of the water level of the tank in percentage & centimeters as required, installed in the operator room. Buzzer which can be programmed as per the site requirements. Capacity of displaying increasing or decreasing trend of water in the tank. Upto 6 hours of battery backup through recharegeable Lithium ion batteries. Waterproof, IP66 rated enclosure.

Smart hydrostatic pressure sensor with Ability to measure rise and fall of water level every centimeter,Error +0.5%. Interfaced with Transmitter, for continuous data acquisition. Stainless steel, Waterproof IP66 rated encased non-conductive sensor, chemically resistant and fail safe mechansim to detect errors. 5M wire connected to sensor.

Cloud Server/Mobile Application software & Intergration with existing units having Intergartion of Motor Running status, Motor total running time with cloud server and mobile application. Intergartion of the GLR/Sump level data of this unit with exisiting completed projects on the cloud server and mobile application. Real time cloud based data acquisition and monitoring through specially developed UI. Ability for monitoring various GLR/OHR/MBR/Sump water level on a single UI. Display for real time date per minute and provide the graph trend and statistics for each day. *Water level data and statistics for an entire year stored and accesed on the mobile application and cloud server.

Installation and commissioning of 150mm dia. Motorised actuated valve with Electric motorised actuator & valve having Enclosure:Watertight IP68 (3m for 48 hours). Protection maintained even when terminal cover removed. Operating Temperature:-30 to +70℃(-22 to+158℉).

Automation of valve (Auto open & close) via rotary motorised actuator to avoid overflow of GLR and to provide ease of operation using the same sensor provided with Provision of high efficiency SMPS and Industrial grade Normally open(NO) relays. Progamming and integration of actuator controls with the master controller system. Logic programmed into the microcontroller based on the input of the engineer-in -charge. Actuator running time integration in the mobile application to help keep tabs on actuator life cycle. Fail safe manual application, in case of emergency and input of the smart liquid sensor at the desired level of water the valve actuator should OPEN & CLOSE based on the input of the engineer-in-charge without any operator intervention.
