M&L for Preparation of Existing surfaces of walls/chajjas/facia etc in patches to remove all dirt, mildew and other contaminants. Treat areas affected by Algae, moss or fungal growth with biocide wash solution and pressure cleaning equipment with a minimum capability of 100-140 bar water pressure. All grease, oils and asphalt materials must be removed completely.. All surface cracks up to 5 mm width should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Crack-X or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP.Cracks more than 5 mm and all separation gaps should be filled up with Dr. Fixit Pidicrete URP modified mortar or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP. Priming using Dr. Fixit Prime seal or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP diluted in 2:1 ratio with water (2parts Prime seal diluted with 1 part water) @ 8-10 sq mtr per litre for a single coat application to achieve about 20 – 25 microns DFT. Allow it to dry for 6-8 hrs. Apply one coats of Dr. Fixit Raincoat Waterproof Coating or its techno commercial equivalent in BASF/FOSROC/CICO/MC-BAUCHMIE/STP without dilution by brush or roller for walls at the thickness of 120 – 130 microns all as specified and directed . Note: All above treatment will be measured as one unit of square metre and paid accordingly.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls or from concrete surface including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, and removing unserviceable material outside cantt area, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stone work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fly ash brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Gl wire netting 0.90mm dia & 12mm mesh in patches of lathing to wood or metal studding, joists, etc. in walls. Ceilings, stanchions, beams, etc. including all laps, cutting & waste complete all as specified and directed.

Dubbing out average 15mm thick on irregular face of walls in patches in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls etc 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 and 5 mm thick in CM 1:4 incl water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction & finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed. note : WPC WILL BE MEASURED AND PAID SEPERATELY

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick using CM (1:3) on ceiling, in patches surfaces finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for applying three coat of white wash as in ceiling incl preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying two or more coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm over new surfaces complete including preparation of newly plastered /treated surfaces of walls all as specified and as directed.
