Yield test for the bore well with mechanical V. notch system by continuously run of borewell for minimum 16 hours to determine safe/regular pumping/water yield including making necessary arrangements. Note:- Necessary T&P for V.notch system to carryout yield test shall be arranged by the contractor at the site within quoted rates.

M&L for lowering of CI/MS casing pipe of nominal bore 200 mm heavy duty ISI marked upto the depth of 215 mtr in continuously coupled with sockets/welded (of suitable size) duly fixed permanently by means of adhesive solvent,welding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of end Cap CI/MS suitable for casing pipe of nominal bore 180 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F M.S holding clamp split type in two halves necessary nut both and washers of suitables size and length using M.S flat of size 50 mm x 10 mm. Note:- Necessary PCC around casing pipe and placing holding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC insulated submersible cable water proof flat type 3 core with stranded copper conductor cable, 6 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade inculding cable lugs/joints, connection to submersible motor and other end to aluminium amoured cable including jointing, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L GI flange joints with rubber gasket of 3 mm thick chemically treated compressed including suitable size bolts, nuts and washer, complete as directed of 80/50 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F tube galvanised Heavy class complete with all fittings laid in boreholes of size 50 mm bore all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate shall be connected to & including the galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm upto LT feeder pillar box or 7.5m which ever is less, connected to plate by welding and by using steel bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers, GI strip drawn only through suitable size of GI protecion pipe, including excavation, earth work, Charcoal & Salt, filling with soft/loomy/ black cotton soil/ bentonite clay mix, 30cm sorrounding GI plate after salt, charcoal all as specified, PCC chamber, RCC cover slab with 8mm dia clamp for lifting at centre, watering pipe 20mm bore med. grade, wire net, funnel etc. & testing on completion to achieve desired resistance of below 2 ohms, all as specified in plate No.3 of SSR Pt I. NOTE: a) GI Pipe for protection of earthing strip and (b) earth strip beyond 7.5m shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items.

Supply fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning of MS header of size 400 mm dia 6 Mtrs length fabricated from MS pipe conforming to IS:3589 Grade Fe 410, thickness not less than 8 mm, complete with 10 Nos inlet branches (6 Nos of 80 mm dia and 4 Nos of 100 mm dia), each provided with flanged isolating branches for sluice valves PN16 with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets; one flanged outlet of 400 mm dia; and one flanged branch of 250 mm dia fitted with Combination Air Valve of size 250 mm PN25 (ductile iron body with epoxy lining, SS316 internals, EPDM seals) complete with 250 mm isolating sluice valve, blanking flange, nuts, bolts, washers and drain pipe to safe disposal. Header to be mounted on suitable RCC foundation and pedestals in 1:2:4 type B-1 concrete (using 20 mm graded aggregate) with anchor bolts, base plates, clamps and supports including necessary shuttering, formwork, curing and finishing. All welds to IS:823, joints reinforced with pads, hydrotested to 1.5 times working pressure (min 30 bar). Surface preparation by sand blasting to SA 2.5 and painting with one coat zinc rich primer and two coats epoxy paint (total DFT not less than 300 microns). All as specified and directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 16 sq. mm 4 core complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for construction of valve chamber having inner dimension 1000 x 1000 x 1000 mm (suitable for 80mm to 200mm sluice valves & reflux valves) with PCC 1:4:8 type D2 for foundation, brick work wall in cement mortar (1:4), PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering plaster in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of MS Sheet top cover 3mm thick with welding of MS angle iron of size 25mm x 25mm x 4 mm at edges and in diagonal and angle iron base frame of 50 x 50 x 6 mm, painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on iron surfaces, lime wash on internal and external cement surfaces and locking arrangements including demolition of the existing chamber, necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand filling in cable trenches for cable protection with clean dry sand unwashed including gently put in trenches.

S&F for old size brick well burnt, laid flat, for cable protection complete all specified and directed.

Supply and fix NRV 50mm (brass material) complete all as specified and directed

Cutting/tapping/welding of CI /DI/GI Pipe 6"/4"/3" dia and jointing with suitable fittings complete all as specified and directed

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep in soft and loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed

S&F MS work as/or holding MS clamps on tube well for delivery/column pipe, fabricated out of flat iron section as directed, made to shape drilled fixed with 16 mm dia MS bolts, nuts, washers etc including one shop coat of red oxide primer, after preparation of surface complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge as per site requirement

Excavation in trenches soft / loose soil not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in the following type of soil for laying pipes complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in soils, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exc. 50 mtr away from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting road/hard standing not exc. 0.60 mtr wide and not exc. 0.25 mtr deep for laying and taking out water pipe line including making good the disturbed portion as per existing with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE: The quoted rate is inclusive of all the fittings such as Nut bolts and other fittings
