Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar from wall/pillars etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep for foundation etc or for pipes walls cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L brick works built in CM 1:6 using fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC ,1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as coping, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC B0 (1:2:4) (using 12.50mm graded aggregate) as benching for drain with slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necassary form work if any finished exposed surface even and smooth with out using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Add or deduct to item No. 8 above for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Rendering 15mm thick in fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for precast reinforced cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in RCC cover slab set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L for TMT bars 8mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape required including crancking and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out mud in drain and remove to a distance exc 50m all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Returnig, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance exceeding 250m but not exceeding 500m deposited where directed all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for reinforced concrete pipes 450mm dia class NP-2 pipe laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for 450mm pipe concrete bed to drain pipes of including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested including necessary form work for the following bore of drain complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M/L 63 mm graded broken stone Hardcore,deposited, spread and levelled in layers n ,exe 15cm thick,watered and rammend to a true surface all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC1:4:8, type D2 using 40mm graded aggregate laid to slope 100mm thick as sub base all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

M&L PCC1:2:4 , type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate laid to slope 40mm thick all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of concrete by brooming while concrete in green position all as specified and as directed by the Engineer in charge.
