Earth Work Excavation for Foundation in all types of soils and sub soils to full depth (such as Soils in Rock / Silt / Light Black Cotton Soil / Ordinary Soil ) except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, shuttering and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth other than sand in layers of 150 mm thick well rammed and consolidated, depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the Departmental Officers with initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2 m. Complete as per TNSS 23 & 24, V, VI (S2), VII, 9,10

Plain Cement Concrete of mix 1:4:8 (One Cement Four Sand Eight Aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken including cost conveyance of all materials to site including formwork and centering labour charges, transporting and placing in position including shoring, strutting, forming protective bunds, cofferdams bailing out of water labour for mixing compacting, finishing and curing, working at depths, tools and plants and incidental charges such as sheeting, shoring and bracing and their subsequent removal etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Filling of U/S Gravel from approved quarry in Layer of not more than 15cm thick including watering with all layers and consolidation complying with standard specification including cost and conveyance of material to site and all labour charges and all other incidential charges etc., complete as per Standard Specification.

Brickwork in Cement Mortor 1 : 5 (One Cement and five Sand) using best quality of country bricks of size 83/4x41/4x21/4 including all cost of materials and Labour Charges including Curing charges etc., Complete as per standard specification.

Supplying and Errecting Steel Centering including necessary supports for plain surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as Coloumn footing,Coloumn pedestals,plith beams, grade beams,staircase steps,etc which requires only nominal strutting using mild steel sheetsof size 90mm x60mm and 10Bg stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervels etc complete in all floors Complying with standard Specification without Strutting. Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position mild steel of ribbed for steel bars for all R.C.C. works including bending, cranking binding etc., including cost of binding wire M.S. chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all position all lasour and materials etc. Complete complying with standard Specification.

Providing and laying in position Standardised Concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 - 2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement contenet of 325Kg/ cum and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55 including admixture (Plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS 9103 to accelerate, related setting of concrete, improve workability without imparing strength and durability with about (5.0cum), 7730Kg of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cum), 5156kg of 10 - 12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79cum) 7670 kg of Crushed Stone Sand (M- Sand), but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -

Special Ceiling Plastering in C.M. 1 : 3 (One Cement, Three Sand) to 10 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Plastering in C.M. 1 : 5 to (One Cement, Five Sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials to site including cost of cement which will be purchared locally by the contractor and conveyance of the same to the actual work site and cost form work including watering curing and all leads of good potable water and all other.

Flooring with Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white / colour glazed tiles of following sizes set in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two sand) 10mm thick and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with colouring pigments at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m. neatly in all floors, curing, etc., complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Weathering Course in Brick Jelly and lime concrete using broken brick jelly of size 20 mm uniform gauge in pure slacked lime ( no sand to be used ) the proportion of brick jelly to lime being 32:12.5 by volume laid over the RCC roof slab in a single layer of required design , slope and finished thickness by beating the concrete with wooden and beaters of approved pattern keeping the surface constantly wet by springing lime Jaggery water etc,. complete as per standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge

Finishing The Top of Roof with One Course of Machine Pressed Tiles of Size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Paving the Floor with fine Polished Cuddapah Stone slab of 38 / 40mm thick laid over Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) 20mm thick over the existing bed of Cement Concrete 1:5:10, (One Cement, Five Sand and Ten aggregate) and pointing the joints to full depth of slabs with same mortar mixed with black oxide and the top surface rendered smooth, curing, etc., The cuddapah stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing in Position best quality Cuddapah Sink of 600 x 450 x 200mm including cost of 32mm dia CP waste coupling, 32mm dia PVC waste pipe with rubber plug and chain, 15mm dia brass nipple including fixing the sink in position and testing for leakages etc., complete complying with standard specifications excluding CI brackets. [The sink and specials should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works]

Supply and Fixing in position best quality of approved make Indian Water closet of size 580 x 440 mm with all accessories such as 'P' trap or S trap confirming to IS 2556 part XII with sand cusion and forming flooring alround the closet using 40mm levelling course 1:4:8 100mm thick and finishing the top to the required slope and including necessary internal connection and outlet connection and making the distrubed potion to original condition without leakage etc., including Labour charges for fixing etc.,

Placing and Fixing of Steel Doors and Window with Grill including all cost of material and Labour including all incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard Specifications.

Supply and Fixing of TNEB Meter Board suitable for 32 A single phase service connection with 32A fues unit (500 V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1"X18" copper flat) on TW plant of size 375mm X 300mm X19 with supporiting TW reepers of 1 " thick an either side withpainting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wirefrom EB meter to fuse unit (SD No.125).

Supply and Run of 2 x1.5sq. Mm(22/0.30) PVC insulated SC unsheathed CU. Conductor of 1100Grade in 25mm Dia GI PIPE (Glass"B")suitably Bent at both ends with necessary angle iron upright and end supports for Mains (SD No.69)

Painting New Iron Works such as Steel Doors, Windows, Ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)
