ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply of 1.1 kV grade ,3.5 core XLPE insulated, and overall sheathed, stranded aluminium and copper conductor, flat steel strip/wire armoured cable conforming to IS:7098 Part – 1 (with latest amendments) and for following size. the cable shell be ISI certified mark. Note: The rate shall be inclusive of following steel /wooden cable drum with quantity as mention below.  400 Sqmm / 300 Sqmm / 70 Sqmm XLPE. Al. Ar cables to be with 1 Steel drum rest of drums shall be wooden. (Total 3 number of steel drums)

Providing labour, material, and equipment’s for structural steel work at all level including supplying cutting, fabricating welding, erecting and fixing in position for concrete tranches including painting with primer of approved steel primer also includes cutting edge concrete grounding MS angle fastening.

Structure steel works at all levels in MS plain and chequered plates including, Supply, Cutting, fabricating, welding, erecting and fixing in position including painting with primer coat of approved steel primer Notes: Welding weights connection bolts, and nuts shall not be measured for payment but the cost of which shall be deemed been included in the rate.

Supplying & fixing 2mm thick GI Perforated type cable Trays of Asian /Profab Engineers make the cable tray shall be fixed to the ceiling / wall with MS angle support with 35mm x 2mm thick GI slotted 'C' channel Patti at an interval of 1 meter / or the MS angle iron fabricated support depending upon the location. The rate shall include the cost of Supports (with painting), connector, tray tee, tray bend other required actions for completion of work.

CIVIL WORKS

Excavation for cable trenches in soft soil/ gravel, depth upto 1.2 m including dressing of sides lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil at various locations, and refilling the trench / earth with sand or good soil or already excavated earth material after laying of cable in layers of 20 cm, ramming, watering, Covering the cable by using brick as per the Indian standard and as directed by site in charge.

Dismantling / Demolishing of Concrete Road manually / by mechanical (Breaker machine, etc.) to facilitate laying of cable and disposal of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material to BMC approved yard. Note: Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or leaner mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver / Saber blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, stacking of serviceable material within 50-meterlead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (To facilitate Laying of cable)

Laying of Existing cement concrete interlocking paver /Saber blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern overhand including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of the paver-block Coloured inter locking C.C. paver Block (60 mm / as required thickness, shape, and pattern, M-35)

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of surplus excavated soil and unserviceable material to BMC approved yard. In cement mortar
