Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450mm x 350mm x 7mm thick as in vertical surface such as skirting, dados, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface on wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or pointed surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15 mm thick rough cast plaster over & including rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) 200mm bore set in cement mortar including concrete around pipe in any description complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brick work or stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work in wall using Fly Ash bricks (old size bricks) straight or curved on plan to any radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

All as per Sl Item No 16 here-in-before except brick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundationof poles/struts, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing reinforced concrete pipes 200mm bore ISI marked , class NP-2 laid and jointed with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note- Make will be got approved from GE

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) of any description complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for broken brick hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidated complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 60mm thick precast machine pressed coloured interlocking paving blocks M-35 grade using grey cement and pigment, of any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for (machine made) pre-cast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb stone of any size with plain fair faces, smooth finish, including chamfering, weathering, throating etc set in cement mortar 1:4, including necessary form work and excavation & earth work for embedding kerb stone at a depth as directed & temping around kerb stone and removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 metre & depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls and applying two coat of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Demolition of plain cement concrete as in manhole, bedding of sewer line of any discription and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including disposal of rubbish to a distance exceeding 1 KM but not exceeding 1.5 KM complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
