Taking out old 33 KV and 11 KV PT from existing location carefully and refixing the same at new position , complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out old 33 KV and 11 KV CT from existing location carefully and refixing the same at new position , complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out un-serviceable faulty cable & service connection cable of any grade / type / class of sizes from 10 Sq mm to 50 Sq mm 2 core /3.5 core / 4 core for repair / replacement from pole / wall / cable duct under ground trench etc for re-use or removal from site of work , complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this Schedule

Description all as per item No 10.00 above but of size ranging from 95 sqmm to 150 sqmm 3 core/3.5core /4 core LT/HT cable , complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately

Taking out existing bricks from trenches of cables, cleaning and stacking at site serviceable bricks for re-use and removing unserviceable bricks from site of work , complete all as specified & directed. (Note:- Only serviceable bricks shall be measured for payment purposes).

Dismantling 11/33 KV HT switch gears/GOD/DO Fuse/LA and other accesoories, air break gang operated switches vertical/horizontal mounted including insulators and operating mechanism for repair/replacement of broken/worn out components and insulators etc. or carrying to MES store. (Note:- Spare/ components for replacement to be provided free by department)

Demolition of Concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of 11KV Package Sub-Station (PSS) / Compact Secondary Substation (CSS) consisting of following :

A. HT SWITCHGEAR : 11kV 630Amps 21KA/3 sec. Non-Extensible Ring Main Unit (RMU), Compact switchgear (DV) consisting of One No. Direct Module and One Fixed Manual Vacuum Circuit Breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay protection. Interconnection between HT Switchgear and primary of transformer shall be done through 1C x 3 x 150 sq.mm aluminium unarmoured XLPE cable complete. Alfa neumaric Relay shall be of Ashida / ABB Model No: REJ603. -01 No

B. TRANSFORMER - 01 No 500KVA, Copper wound, 11KV/433V DYN-11, cast resin dry type transformer with Off load tap switch of range +5% to -5% insteps of 2.5% all standard fittings required for installation complete all as specified.

C. LVS PANEL:- 1000 Ampsaluminium bus bar- 01 No, LT Indoor panel 433V with Aluminium busbars of suitable rating, fabrication using 2mm thick CRCA sheet steel enclosure, with Ingress protection IP4X , complete including internal wiring using copper flexibles or conductor consisting of following :- (i) INCOMER-1 FROM TRANSFORMER a. 630Amps 433V 50KA 4P Fixed Manual draw out type Air Circuit Breaker with microprocessor based release -01 No b.Current Transformer ,CTR :1250/5 Amps , Accuracy Class :0.5 , Burden :5VA - 03 Nos c. Ics = 100% Icu. The unit rate shall be deemed to be included the cost of PCC foundation as per OEM recommendation.

D. Outdoor Enclosure with Slant roof 1 set:- Outdoor type enclosure having modular construction of Galvanised Sheet Steel should be built with Clinching technology (nut-bolt free) and minimum thickness of 1.5mm. The Enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment. The enclosure exterior shall be painted with polyurathene paint ( colour Light Gray & D.A.Gray). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for each compartment.

E. Interconnection & Earthing 1 set:- Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1Cx3x150 Sq.mm XLPE Single core cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using AL. Busbars. Internal earthing connections by using 50 x 6mm GI strips. Note:- The item rate also incl the plinth as per OEM recommendation.

Supply and installation in replacement of 33 KV, single phase, out door oil cooled PT of ratio 11 KVrt3/110 V/rt3, Class 0.5-3, Burden 50 VA ,complete all as specified & directed.

Design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type Ring Main Unit (RMU) panel, SF6 gas insulated, manual operated, 11 KV, 3 phase, 3 wire, AC, 50 Hz, 3-way extensible on both sides for future addition, comprising of 02 Nos Load Break Switches (LBS) for outgoing and incoming supply 01 No. Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) for transformer feeder, free standing foundation mounting with cable trench beneath for bottom cable entry, made out of 2mm thick CRCA sheet for outer enclosure with IP 54 degree of protection duly powder coated with 7 tank process of approved shade and 2.5mm thick stainless steel main tank gas vessel with IP 67 for HV part including necessary internal copper connections, small wiring, AC / DC control wiring, HT/LT fuses etc complete with the following detailed specifications and provisions confirming to relevant latest IS / IEC standards:- (Description if item Continued on Ser item No 25.01 to 25.30)

(j) Provision for connecting 1 x 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE cable with 01 set of right angled cable boots.

(E) Common Accessories:- The following common accessories shall be provided for the RMU Panel:-

(a) 01 No Manometer without contacts for SF6 gas low indication with marked Green Zone for GO, Red marked zone for NO GO.

(b) 01 No Operating Handle

(c) Rating plate and manufacturer's name plate

(d) 11 KV Danger Notice Plate

(e) Do's and Don'ts sticker

(f) Phase identification stickers at bushing.

Note :- The Contractor shall submit set of all drawings of the VCB Panel and its components in duplicate and get the same approved from GE before commencement of production. The contractor shall furnish all details and clarifications required if any for scrutiny and evaluation. Manufacture of material to be supplied shall be done strictly as per approved drawing. However, approval of drawing shall not absolve the contractor/supplier of his liability for ensuring correctness according to applicable standards & regulations.

M&L, Steel tublar swaged poles, complete with cast iron base plate, finials taper plug , bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00 mtr long). Note:- Earth work and PCC shall be measured & paid separately under respective items .

M&L for fixing of ACSR conductor on existing or new poles all as directed. Note:- Stringing of ACSR shall be carried out by winch machine.

M&L for fixing of AAC (All Aluminium conductor) conductor on existing or new poles all as directed.

Supply and fix load break switch disconnector, out door type, center post rotation, manually operated double brake 11 KV, 400 Amp capacity horizontal isolator as per the specification IS 9921 (Part 1-4). All isolators shall be of center post rotation, double brake, horizontal isolation type and shall have a short time rating of 12.5KA for 3 seconds. The contacts and blades of the isolators shall be of electrolytic grade copper. The fasteners (nut-bolts) used for current carrying parts shall be of non magnetic stainless steel. Spacing between phases for all isolators shall be of 1000mm. Further the current density for copper current carrying parts shall not be more than 1.6 Amp./ sq mm. in solid conductor and 2 Amp/sq.mm. in hollow tubes. The current density for Aluminium current carrying parts shall not be more than 1 Amp./ sq.mm. Isolators with integral earthing facility shall have built-in mechanical inter lock between the main and earth blades so that the closing of the main blade is not possible without opening (Description if item Continued on Ser item No 30.01 to 30.03)

the earth blade and closing of the earth blade will not be possible without opening the main blade. Flexible branded copper connections shall be provided between rotating earth blades and the frame which shall have a cross section of at least 50 sq mm and shall be tinned or suitably treated against oxidation. The frame of each disconnect and earthing switch shall be provided with two reliable earthing terminals for connection to the purchaser's earthing conductor/flat so also clamping screw suitable for carrying specified short time current. Flexible ground connectors shall be provided for connecting operating handle to the earthing flat. The diameter of clamping screw shall be atleast 12 mm. The connecting point shall be marked with earth symbol. All the fixed contacts shall be provided with a sheet metal rain hood. This rain hood shall be fabricated out of at least 2 mm thick Galvanized iron sheet metal and shall be designed such that it will in no case shall obstruct or restrict the movement of moving

contracts (blades) and arcing horns. The isolator shall also comply the following specifications. Down pipe: 50 mm ID class B Mild steel galvanized single piece pipe shall be provided for operating disconnects. The pipe shall be terminated into a suitable swivel type joint between the tandem pipe driving mechanism and the operating mechanism if required to take care of marginal angular misalignment at site.

Insulators : All outdoor type Porcelain insulators shall have a creepage distance of 25mm/kV (i.e. 300mm). The insulators shall be of outdoor post type conforming to IS 2544. All insulators shall have a rated voltage not less than 12 kV and rated current of 2000 Amps. Post type insulators with 57 mm PCD shall only be provided. Pin type or Polycone insulator shall not be acceptable. The insulator shall be made of homogeneous and vitreous porcelain of high mechanical and dielectric strength. It shall have sufficient mechanical strength to sustain electrical and mechanical loading on account of wind load, short circuit stresses etc. Glazing of the porcelain shall be of uniform brown or dark brown colour with a smooth surface arranged to shed away rain water. The porcelain shall be free from lamination and other flaws or imperfections that might affect the mechanical or dielectrical quality. It shall be thoroughly vitrified, tough and impervious to moisture.

Supply and fix load break switch disconnector Outdoor type 33KV, current charring capacity 2000A/1250A, Horizontal Centre Break Isolator comprises three identical triple pole units which consists of galvanized rigid base made of distortion resistant structural steel having fixing arrangement with the supporting structure and also having two rotating bearing unit on both sides each base with interconnecting pipe fixing clamps for tandem and link pipe (disconnector switch specification shall conform to latest edition IEC- 62271-102). Porcelain insulators made of composite stacks of rated capacity carrying male & female contact assembly are fixed on the rotating bearing unit of base of each pole. Two units of each pole interconnected by link pipes & finally, all three pole are connected to group operating pipe. Movement of group operating pipe for closing & opening operation of isolator is done by Down pipe connected to the operating mechanism (Motor). (Description if item Continued on Ser item No 31.01 to 31.07)

Thus, all three poles of the Isolator shall be mechanically gang operated by a common operating mechanism to ensure that operations of all three poles are simultaneous. The operating mechanism box shall be made out of aluminum extruded (Aluminum alloy) sections of minimum 3.0 mm thickness. The operating mechanism shall be strong rigid and not subject to rebound. All isolators and earthing switches shall be provided with 220V DC auxiliary switches for their remote position indication on the control board and for electrical locking with other equipment. The auxiliary switch shall be provided with a minimum of ten auxiliary contacts-10 normally open and 10 normally closed and 10 normally open and 10 normally closed for earth switch. Separate auxiliary switches shall be provided for isolating and earth switches. Earth switches shall also comply with the requirements of IEC-62271-102, in respect of induced current switching duty as defined for Class-B and short circuit making capability class E-0 for earthing switches. 6 additional NO and NC contact to be provided as spare in each case.

Double Earth Switch should be provided i.e one on Male side & another on Female side. On each side, E/S of all three poles are mechanically ganged with one common motor operating mechanism. The Isolator should also comply the following specifications of the separate spairs.

(i) Control Cabinet: The control cabinet of the operating mechanism shall be made out of minimum 3mm thick aluminium alloy sheet. Hinged door shall be provided with pad locking arrangement. Flexible earthing strips to be provided for moving shaft connecting to the isolator with cabinet body as well as the hinged door with main body. Sloping rain hood shall be provided to cover all sides. 15 mm thick neoprene or better type of gaskets shall be provided to ensure degree of protections of at least IP 55 as per IS 2147/IS-3947. The cabinet shall be suitable for mounting on support structure with adjustment for vertical, horizontal and longitudinal alignment. Details of these arrangements shall be furnished along with the offer.

(ii) Motor : Motors rated 1 Kw and above shall be suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50 HZ supply. Motors of lower rating shall be single phase type suitable for 240V, 50HZ system. It shall be totally enclosed type if mounted outside the control cabinet. The motor shall withstand without damage stalled torque for atleast 3 times the time lag of tripping device. The motor shall, in all other respects, conform to the requirement of I.S. 325.

(iv) Space heaters : Space heaters suitable for 1 phase 240V AC supply shall be provided for each motor operated operating mechanism to prevent condensation and shall be operated by MCB. (v) Terminal block and Wirings – Each operating mechanism shall be provided with 1100V grade stud type terminal block. All auxiliary switches, interlocks and other terminals shall be wired upto terminal block. The terminal block shall have at least 20% extra terminals. All wiring shall be carried out with 1.1KV grade insulated 2.5 sq mm copper wires. (vi) Interior Illumination : A holder suitable for a 240 V lamp shall be provided in each of the motor operated mechanism of three poles & shall be door operated type.

(vii) Control and auxiliary supply – A 3 phase switch with MCB for phases and link for neutral, shall be provided for power supply and a 2 pole MCB shall be provided for control supply. (viii) Position indicator : A position indicator to show the isolator is in ON or OFF position to be provided.

M & L for lightening arresters expulsion type 33 KV grade complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plated fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed inclusive of 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after dismantling old unserviceable cross arms complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Marshling Box With 15 terminal for connection of control cable ,complete all as specified and as directed, having following specification (Consisting Ser Item No 73.01 & 73.02):-:

(a) All doors, covers and plates shall be provided with neoprene gaskets provided with removable bolted and undrilled gland plate etc. The required number of knock-out punches shall be provided for outgoing control cables. PVC cable gland of appropriate size shall be provided for each cable entry & exit.

(b) All contacts for alarm, trip and indication circuits shall be electrically potential free, wired for auxilliary supply as specified and brought out to separat terminals at termianal blocks in the marshalling box. If required, separate MCBs shall be provided for protection isolation and distribution of AC and DC control supplies in the marshalling box. Wiring shall be with PTEF insulating (Insulation for wire & cable shall be in consitence with the ambient temperature in the housing), The wiring conductor shall be stranded copper and sizes not less than 4 Sqmm for CT circuit and 2.5 Sqmm for other control circuits. CT terminals shall be provided with standard shorting facility. The wires shall be drawn through neatly clamped conduits. Engraved identification ferrules, marked as per the approved wiring diagrams shall be provided on each wire. Ferrules shall be of yellow colour with black lettering. Preferable the terminals shall be stud type and provided with crimping type cable sockets.

S&F epoxy insulator for earthing strip of size 25 x 3 mm, flame retadrant with breaking current capacity min 5 KA ,complete all as specified and as directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m ,complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (a). Tracing of underground live cable, telephone cable and water pipe line throughout the excavation route before excavation by electronic cable/pipe route tracer. The rate of tracing shall be included in quoted rate under item No 76. (b). Any damage in terms of any pipe line and any cable (electric/signal) shall be repaired in proper cable jointing kit/new pipe with accessories by the Contractor at his own cost all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c). The rectification of the breakdown shall be rectified in emergent basis not more than 48 hours from the break down as per direction of the Engr-in-Charge. (d). In case of failure to above rectification penalty @ the rate of Rs. 5000.00 per day will be recovered from the Contractor and paid to other agencies for rectification of the damage.
