Civil Work:-

Cutting in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling work etc. and disposal of excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in foundation, trenches,etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work,jumper work,blasting work, hard blasting and chiselling etc. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains and channels etc. in earth work for pipes upto all depth in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil i/c balling or pumping out water, blasting soft /hard rock or chiseling soft/ hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including jungle clearance wherever required, trimming and dressing of sides ,levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring /struting ,planking ,timbering and dewatering wherever required stacking the useable /unusable material/soil seperately and after laying,jointing and testing of pipes ,returning the useable soil in treches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil/unusable material as directed within all leads and lifts including restoration of un-metalled surfaces to its orginal condition and including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals,fixing caution boards,crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respect whithin all leads and lifts as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6 sand: 12 graded stone agg.40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge iFoundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4sand:8 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3sand:6 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in :-a) Foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:2:4(1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all leads and lifts complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge:-

Suspended floors, roofs, landings,shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete work 1:1:2 (1cement:1 sand:2 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement in reinforced concrete work i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect

In foundation and plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less than 0.1 m thickness) including attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.from top of foundation level upto floor two level.

Providing Mild steel/Tor steel reinforced for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level i/c all leads and lifts complete in all respect : Tor steel.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering, strutting, strutting and propping etc. with wooden, battens, and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 3 mtrs.and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in complete in all respect i/c all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Foundation footings bases of columns etc. and the like and mass concrete.`

Vertical surfaces such as circular walls (any thickness) ,partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors,roofs, landings, and the like:-i) Floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floor and wll:- Under 20cm wide.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crates vertical bund with sloping face (wire crates to be measured and paid for separately ).

Providing in RCC work smooth finishing of the exposed surfaces with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand).

Supplying Cast iron cover without frame for main hole (For frames of 500mm internal diameter C.I.Cover (Medium duty) the weight of cover to be not less than 58 kg).

Providing 200mm wide cast iron rungs with chequered or ribbed non slip surface including fixing in manholes with 200mmx 200mmx 100mm cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3sand: 6graded stone agg. 20mm nominal size).

Wire crate made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut face separetly|) i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

a) G.I. wire 5mm thick corresponding to GWSS -8.15 cmx 15 cm mesh.

Fabrication/ Making Distribution junction I/C all required fitting/fixing as per drawing i.e reducer, wheel valve , nipples, plug, socket, union etc. all are of geneally 32 mm to 15mm dia and welding wherever required and fixing the same at site of tank for further release/ distribution-connection of water to the houses, complete in all respect, with in all leads and lifts and entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

Laying and jointing in trenches,galvanised mild steel tubes(Light grade)i/c tube fittings such as Tee, elbow, union & nipple.(earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately)i/c all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge complete in all respect.Labour rate only.
