Supplying and Filling foundation and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm . Thick well ramed, watered and compacted Complete complying with Standard specification.

Cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement four sand and eight aggregates) using 40mm HBGS for levelling course for foundation including the cost of mixing concrete, ramming, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers. 1.5-4.5m below GL

Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm ISS metal including all charges

RCC in M30 GRADE using graded aggregtes of HBGs excluding cost of reinforcement, centering, shuttering strutting, but including cost of mixing concrete, placing, vibrating with mechanical vibrator, finishing, curing etc., complete as directed by TWAD Board officers.

Supplying and Fixing of RCC inner access Ladder in RCC 1:11/2:3mix etc. , Complete complying with stanard specification.

Supply and Fixing of PVC Vent Cowl 110mm as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 and as directed by TWAD Board officers(.45x.45x.15)

Providing Manhole cover of size 0.60x0.60 m in RCC 1:11/2:3 mix with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm Ms angle fixed along edges and as directed by Departmental Officers

Providing Hand rails over the Roof slab by using 32 mm GI Pipe with 40mm x 6mm MS Flat and fixied with 12mm dia Fastner Bolt 75mm long and as directed by TWAD Bd officers
