Providing and laying in position ready mixed plain cement concrete, with cement content as per approved design mix and manufactured in fully automatic batching plant and transported to site of work in transit mixer for all leads, having continuous agitated mixer, manufactured as per mix design of specified grade for plain cement concrete work, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying and curing, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing, including cost of curing, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. All works upto plinth level. M-10 grade plain cement concrete (cement content considered @ 220 kg/cum).Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Ordinary Portland cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the minimum specified cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement Concrete of M10 grade with minimum cement content of 220 kg /cum

Providing and laying ready mix cement concrete of M-30 grade, in roads using cement content as per design mix, using coarse sand and graded stone aggregate of 20 mm nominal size in appropriate proportions as per approved & specified design criteria including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS :9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability including pumping of R.M.C: from transit mixer to site, laying at site, spreading and compacting mechanically by using needle and surface vibrators, levelling to required slope/camber, finishing with required texture, booming with wire brush curing excluding the cost of centering, shuttering complete all as per directions of engineer-in-charge (minimum cement content required in M-30 is @ 350 kg/cum). Cement concrete manufactured in approved R.M.C. plant including transportation to site in transit mixture.

Providing and fixing in position pre-moulded joint filler in expansion joints

Providing and placing in position Red sand stone slab over S.W drain including loading, unloading, carriage, labour and T&P etc. complete as per diirection of Engineer -In Charge. A) Red sand stone slab 30 mm thick (Undressed)

Raising Main hole cover and frame slabes to required level including dismentling existing slab and making good the damage as required (raising depth of Main hole to be paid separately). Circular Main hole 140 C.M. dia with Circular cover 600 M.M. dia of grade EHD-35.

Providing and fixing in position pre-cast R.C.C. manhole cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. Circular shape 560 mm internal dia.

Providing and placing in position 100 mm thick factory made machine batched & machine mixed Precast RCC Rectangular Covers on drains of footpath of various sizes, of M-25 grade cement concrete for RCC work, including cost of centering, shuttering, reinforcement of 8 mm dia TMT bars of Fe 500 grade @ maximum 100mm c/c on both ways , neat cement punning on finished surface, properly encased on all edges with 1.6 mm thick , 100 mm wide MS sheet duly painted over priming coat , reinforcement to be welded at edges with MS sheet and providing 2 Nos. 12 mm dia bar for hooks etc i/c cost of cartage, all leads & lift, handling at site etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling available dismentaled material (excluding rock) in trenches,plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and list upto 1.5 m.

Correction factor on existing items of the DSR-2023 i.e. 0.973 (Or Less 2.7%)
