M & L for cleaning, servicing, overhauling all component of Air Handling Unit including replacement of V belt of existing size of required quantity, dismantling of side panel where as required, cleaning of heating & cooling coil with caustic soda solution, including welding/brazing, wherever required to arrest leakages, cleaning of Pre-Micro filters, hepa filter, bag filter, greasing of bearing, cleaning of complete drum mannualy, tightening of belt, pulley, fresh air/return air / supply air opening grill / damper, cleaning of complete AHU room complete of air handling unit of upto 30000 CFM at optimum efficiency, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- V Belt shall be measured and paid seperately.
