Earth work excavating and depositing on bank with initial lead of 10 m & initial lift of 2m in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales,murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in Hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size of boulders hard gravelly soil inclusive of shoring to full depth strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil other than sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in places as shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres and clearing, levelling the site etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in position Plain Cement concrete of M-10 using broken hard granite coarse aggregate (well graded) of nominal maximum size of 40mm to IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 10 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and placing in Position of Plain cement concrete of grade M15 using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 60% of 40mm and 40 % of 20mm IS specified grading and using crushed stone sand(m-sand) ( to achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15 N / mm² in 28 days ) and mixing the incredients in approved mixer including dewatering of the placement site by baling/pumping and diverting wherever necessary placing in layers and watering, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength as specified in the approved drawings and specification etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers(With vibration)

Gravel packing 15cm thick for cement concrete block revetment or apron including stacking watering and consolidation etc, complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Manufacturing and fixing of M15 Cement concrete using 20mm ISS HBG stone cement concrete block of size 300X250X200mm including moulding charges casting of blocks, finishing, curing and conveyance of all materials to work site and fixing the same in postion and handling charges for the same in position including all other incidental charges etc complete.

Supplying and erecting water tight steel centering for sides and sofits including supports and strutting upto 3.29M height for plain surface such as RCC slab, vertical slabs, side slabs of RCC works wioth all cross bracings using mild steel B.G.10gauge sheets of size 90cm x60cmx10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mm x25mmx3mm for boarding laid over silver oak(country wood) joists of size 10cmx6.5 spaced at about 90cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Engineer incharge of work (The retrieved materials should be taken back by the contractor). The payment should be made after the concrete is laid.

Earth work in all soils except hard rock requiring blasting and conveying for fomation of bund with lead of 1KMCT deploying earth moving machineries and tippers including benching, formation of bunds, breaking clods, sectioning, extra watering and consolidation with Power roller etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling the excavated earth in layers not exceeding 23cm thickness and watering to OMC (Optimum Moisture content) and compaction of each layer to 95% of proctor Density through deployment of appropriate compaction equipment (8-10T power roller) vibratory power roller of short width ( 0.90m width drum) power roller or vibratory power roller/fuel operated or electrically operated, vibratory plate compactors, ensuring compaction of designed bund section including side slopes etc., complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of works and as per the technical specifications.

Fabricating supplying and fixing in position screw gearing steel shutter of size 12 mm thick for the following sizes made of 50mmx50mmx6mm mild steel angle covered by 6mm mild steel angles welded with the frame on one side providing a guest plate of 6mm thick of mild steel sheet welded at the top of shutter providing access to fit screw gearing rod of 63 mm dia shaft of suitable length threaded for required length from top providing of 150x75mm rolled steel joist 1500m length for the top of masonry, head wall at correct position and to be anchored by means of 2 Nos. of 50x50x6mm steel plates bend at the ends to hold the top beam at correct position and with 16mm mild steel bolt, 450mm long split bottom providing a cast iron head threaded assembly with base plate of size 240x240x20mm and head threaded inside to suit the steam rod with locking nut and to be fixed over the top beam by means of 16mm thick mild steel rods and 50 x 6mm mild steel plates to suit the head nut and providing 2 Nos. of guide channel of 75x40x7.10 Km/m for suitable length to be fixed . shutter size 1.45x1.45 m
