M&L for dehydration and filtration of transformer oil through on load mobile stream liner transformer oil filtration plant at various site and various capacity installed at pole,floor,plinth mounted with all accesssories connected to transformer to carrying out filtration of oil for desired dielectric strength all as per IS-335 i.e not less than 60 KVA at 2.5 mm gap including testing after filtration and recording before and after testing results, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :-- (i) Transformer oil for filling/topingup shall be measured and paid saparately (ii) Oil level at the conservator tank should be in maximum limit. (iii) After filtration process,the test report to be submitted to the Engr-In-Charge

Labour only for taking up or down of old unserviceable HT underground cable of size 70 to 120 sqmm 3 core including making good the existing surface all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing and commissioning XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip electric power cables (heavy duty) armourmed cable 11000 volts grade with aluminium conductor of size 3 core 120 sqmm all as specified and directed. Taking out serviceable 11 KV HT UG cable from trenches and relaying the same in same or other location where directed for the size of 70 to 120 sqmm HT 11 KV grade 3 core for find out the defect/fault or diversion of the same complete all as specified and as directed. Note: [i] Earth work, excavation sand cushioning, bricks for protection, GI pipe etc shall be measured separately under relevant items of this schedule. [ii] The rate deemed to including shifting of the cable from one location to other location. [iii] Necessary joints shall be measured under relevant items of this schedule.

Supply and laying 80mm bore GI tubing 'light grade' with all fittings for cable protection fixed on poles/walls/laid under road crossing or floor including making good the disturbed surfaces/area including taking down of old unserviceable complete all as directed. Servicing of two pole structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumpers, sleeves, vice type connectors, bolts nuts washers connecting lugs/thimbles greasing the moving parts applying petroleum jelly on moving and fixed contacts, tightening all connection including make allignment of gang operated device and other all mechanism in the structure and cleaning of all insulators complete all as directed at site by Engr-in-Charge Note :- (i) The spares like insulators, Lightening arresters, GOD, GOD moving and fixed assembly, danger notice board etc shall be measured and paid under relevant items of this schedule. (ii) No extra payment will be made for the spares required to keep the installation in satisfactory functioning through out the contract period other than given in the schedule.

Cutting, trimming and pruning of trees/ tree branches of any girth upto 2m all around existing LT/ HT over head lines including cleaning the disturbed area beneath the LT/ HT overhead lines and removing the tree/ tree branches and debris from at site and depositing where directed at site. Note: (i) The rate quoted deemed included the entire currency of the contract. (ii) Approximate span between poles is 30 to 60m.

M&L for spray painting to Indoor/Out Door Transformers of capacity from 100 to 500 KVA any make & type with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as specified over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary prepration of surface with wire brush emery paper for removing of dusts,oil/grease spots, water sweating spots etc all as specifide and directed. (Note: The above work includes writing SM/MES Nos (block , Roman, Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade in 5 cm height all as directed by the EIC)

M&L for spray painting to Indoor/Out Door VCB panel of capacity upto 630 Amps any make & type with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour as specified over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary prepration of surface with wire brush emery paper for removing of dusts,oil/grease spots, water sweating spots etc all as specifide and directed. (Note: The above work includes writing SM/MES Nos (block , Roman, Indian) with thick synthetic enamel paint of approved shade in 5 cm height all as directed by the EIC)

Disconnecting carefully the transformer of capacity of 315 KVA from HT and LT connections and taking out the transformer from its position and transporting/shifted it to out side work shop (if required), and transporting the same back to the site after completing the all necessary repair works, refixing/connection, testing and commissioning of transformer at site on full load all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Labour charges only for strip opening, lifting of core, re building the for pre testing to find out the defects, rebuilding with new copper binding wire of same/ existing size/gauge stripping off the transformer, including removing the Core and Winding from the internal tapping connection, de-brazing all the tapping and star points completely, disconnecting the tap switch for lifting the core and winding from the Transformer Body and separating the High Voltage and Low Voltage coils, if found any leak to be make good, reconnecting with necessary brazing all the tapping and internal connections as before after assembling the coil including replacement and re-arranging the Tap Switch Connecting leads, completely Silver brazing all the tap Switch contact & fixing the same with new oil seal, and using necessary insulating materials such as fiber paper nice sheets Leatheroid insulation sleeves, craft paper etc., for High Tension limb and low Tension coils and assembling all parts and assembly including improving the IR Value of Core and Windings through Hot Air Oven, cleaning tank, tubes, radiator, conservator tank (inside), building of new core, reassembling, No load loss measure & LV Coil and HV Coil assembling, star& delta connection, Cleaning, scratching of the outside & inside of the tank, two coats of Painting, replacement of breather, Replacenment of Transformer oil, improvement of IR value and conduction preliminary and final test repaired transformer complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Cost for "supply only" of the materials & replacement of HV&LV windings shall be measured and paid separately against item Nos 48 to 55 below)

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 1 mtr x 2 mtr x 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters,figures and conventional skull and bones in single red colour and fixed with M S clamps, nuts and bolts of approved size, for HT, 25 x 20 cm size inculding taking down of old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Refilling of Silicagel in breather of transformer various capacities including taking out of unserviceable Silicagel complete all as directed.

Supply, Toping up / replacement of transformer oil with dielectric strength not Less than 50 KV all as specified and directed. (Note;- Test Certificate of transformer oil as issued by the manufacturer will be produced by the Contractor).

Shifting of trolley mounted transformer upto 400 KVA from one Substn to other distance not more than 5 Kms carefully with tractor / Crane incl all Towing arrangement and taking out HT/ LT connections of defective transformer and connecting carefully HT/ LT connection at new site incl tamporary earthing connection complete all as specified.

Servicing to battery charging unit of HT VCB panel cubical type, dust and vermin proof floor mounted type 230 volts input and out put of 24 to 36 volts at a maximum current of 10 Amps for charging a battery bank of 24 volts 100 AH including replacing of internal wiring with suitable size of copper conductor and including replacing the following items :- (i) Supply and fixing sealed maintenance free battery of 12 volts/100AH 02 No's with connections fixed inside the charging unit - 01 Set (ii) MCB control for input circuit, DC out put circuit and battery path - 01 set (iii) Blocking diode in DC out put circuit to prevent reverse drainage of battery in charger - 01 Set.

Note : (a) Rates are deemed to include the cost of all tools, materials and labour required for dismantling taking out and assembling of VCB with replacement of worn out nuts and bolts gaskets A grade greasing and oiling of moving parts and refixing the same.
