42/6701-S/R to NH-5 to Bhagatpur road_Road_BT surface repair with BUSG PMC and SC_1.000 to 3.000 for 2026-27

Clearing grass and removal of rubbish on both sides of the road to facilitate widening of berms, disposal of the stuff including all labour, T&P articles required for the work etc.complete as per clause 201 of MORD.

Earth work in ordinary soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means including loading into & transportation by transport vehicles & unladoing the same on Properly prepared surface including rough dressing & breaking clods etc. all complete.

Labour for scraping cleaning the road surface applying tack coat using 3.0 kg of bitumen for 10 sqm and laying 37.5mm thick Built up spray grouting in one layers using 0.45cum of 25mm to 40mm size hard granite metal and 12.00kg penetration grade of bitumen for 10 sqm with 0.12 cum of 12mm size hard granite chips as key stone for 10 sqm spreading over and laying etc (To be used for minor repair works only )

Providing and applying priming coat over the prepared surface in low porosity with bitumen Emolusion (SS-1) including cleaning of road surface & spraying primer @ 0.90 to 1.2 Kg./sqm using mechanical means etc.complete as per technical (MORD) specification clause 502.

Providing and applying Tack coat over the bituminous surface, with bitumen emolusion (RS-1) using emolusion distributor cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical (MORD) specification as per clause no.503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three whell 80-100 KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per technical specification clause 508

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type-C as per technical specification Clause-510

Cement concrete 1:3:6 using 4cm size hg metal including cost of all materials labour T&P etc complete.

Construction of Un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement over a prepared sub-base with 43 grade cement @ 350 kg /cum coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383,maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm,mixed in aconcrete mixer of not lessthan .2cum capacity andappropriate batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design,transported to site,laid with a fixed form or slip form paver,spread,compacted and finished in a continous operation etc , curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and as per clause 602 of MoSRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (4th.
