Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of shadowless OT Lights Double dome ceiling mounted LED bassed Microprocessor Controlled Technology of the following specifications :

The Light should comprise of 2 Units, one major dome and one satellite dome. Each Unit should have a facility of brightness adjustment from 10-100%. Should be shadow less. OT Lights should be manufactured from robust, resistant non reflective, non- corrosive, non-static (Meeting protection type IP 53) materials and designed for surgical use with 360 universal joint allowing unrestricted smooth rotation of light head and complete positioning options. Design of light should be closed forms with smooth seamless surfaces and flow turbulences reduced according to SWKI class 5 and DIN 1946-4 or equivalent. Light Emission surface should be of toughened, antireflective medical grade glass. Should be LED based microprocessor control technology. One major dome 60-75 cm and Satellite dome 60-75 cm diameter. Intensity at 1 meter distance should be minimum 1, 60,000 lux for major dome and 1, 60,000 lux for satellite dome Colour Temperature: in individual colour ranges of 3800 K to 5600K with 10 % variation in each being acceptable in 4 or more steps using white, yellow and blue led for different colour adjustments for different surgeries Homogeneous luminous field with lowest possible amount of shadow. Depth of Illumination 90-160 cm for major dome, 90- 160 cm for satellite dome. Illuminated field diameter ratio should be one light field diameter (d10, diameter 1 m) should be 19-28 cm (+-2cm) Increase in temperature near head should be specified and should not be more than 1 degree C.

Full HD Camera System-CCD/CMOS HD CAMERA should be supplied from OEM OF OT LIGHT and having following features: - Minimum Resolution 2 megapixel Optical Zoom: range 10X to 12X. Anti-Flicker and auto focus. Location of the Camera in the centre of the light head inside the handle for easy focusing. Having output BNC –Composite-US&-HDMI/ HD- SDI Auto/manual white balance. LCD Monitor High resolution LCD medical grade monitor compatible with the camera system and the recording system Size 24- 26 inch or more diagonally. Mountable on wall- one monitor each OT. One monitor in conference room for remote viewing connected by fibre optic cable(distance approx. 400-500m) Recording System from OEM Multimedia Digital recording system for recording on hard disk PC 1 TB with 17" Colour monitor and 2 TB external hard disk for storage. Environmental Factors The unit shall be capable of being stored continuously in ambient temperature of 0-50 degree C and relative humidity of-15-90%. Power Supply Power Input: 220- 240 V / 50 Hz AC Single Phase fitted with appropriate Indian plugs and sockets. The Equipment to have indigenous UPS system suitable for one hours duration.

Standard & Safety Manufacturer should be ISO certified for quality standards and should have service centres in India, to enable better post installation service. Electrical Safety conforms to standards for electrical safety IEC 60601-1 General Requirements (or equivalent BIS Standard) Shall meet internationally recognized standard for Electro- Magnetic Compatibility (EMC} for electro medical equipment IEC-60601-1-2: latest edition or equivalent BIS or should comply with 93/42/EEC-directive as amended. Certified to be compliant with IEC 60601-2-41: Particular requirements for the safety of Operation Theatre Light or Equivalent if applicable. Unit should be European CE approved from notified body/US FDA with valid certification Warranty of the OT Lights shall be as per OEM, if the equipment gets faulty during warranty period the OEM shall replace the lights without any extra cost to Govt.

Should be shadow less. The contrast between the lighted area and the surrounding should not cause stress to the surgeons’ eyes. Illuminated field diameter ratio should be one light field diameter (d10, diameter 1 m) should be 19-28 cm (+/-2cm) It should have provision for using it during minimally invasive surgery maintaining the correct vision of the screen.
