Water Bound Macadam Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding material to fillup the interstices of coarse aggreagtes, watering and compacting to the required density (with an initial lead of 5 km) - By manual means - Grading III (B)- using screening Type B (11.2 mm Agg.) as per clasuse 4.9/A. (iii) (b) of SOR- 2013-14 and clause 404 of MoRT&H Guidelines

Prime Coat Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface and spraying pimer at the rate of 0.6 kg/sqm using mechanical means (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - with Bitumen Emulsion- CSS-1h as per clasuse 5.1 A (i) of SOR- 2013-14 and clause 502 of MoRT&H Guidelines

Tack Coat Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distrubutor at the rate of 0.20 kg/sqm on the prepared bituminous/ granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - with Bitumen Emulsion CSS-1h - Normal Bituminous Surface Rate Rs./cum including lead as per clasuse 5.2 I (a) of SOR- 2013-14 and clause 503 of MoRT&H Guidelines

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Providing and laying desne bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing and average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder at the rate of 4.0 to 4.5 % by weight of total mix of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, lkaying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRT&H specification clause no 507 complete in all respect (including carriage upto initial lead of 5 Kmfrom quarry and carriage of mix materials upto 10 Km initial lead from mixing plant) (including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as dircted by the deaprtment) - with rock dust as filler (refer table 500-9 of MoRT&H specification) - with 60/70 or VG-30 grade bitumen- for Grading II (19 mm nominal size) as per clasuse 5.6 B (I) (ii) of SOR- 2013-14 and clause 507 of MoRT&H Guidelines

Close Graded Premix Surfacing/ Mixed Seal Surfacing Mechanical means using HMP of appropriate capacity not less than 75 tonnes/ hour. Providing, laying and rolling of closed graded premix surfacing material of 20 mm thickness composed of 11.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type - A) or 13.2 mm to 0.09 mm (Type - B) aggregate using penetration grade bitumen (60/70 or VG-30 garde) to the required line, grade and level to serve as wearing corase on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller 8-10 T capacity to the reqd. level and grade. (including carriage up to initial lead of 5.0 km from quarry and carriage of mix material upto 10.0 km initial lead from mixing plant) (Including cost of testing of materials at site and laboratory as directed by the deptt.) - Without anti stripping agent - Type A as per clasuse 5.11 A (i) of SOR- 2013-14 and clause 512 of MoRT&H Guidelines
