Taking down point wiring of any type of light point fan & socket light & power complete including light fittings any type, switches, sockets, ceiling rose, switch boards, bell/buzzer, bell push, tube light fitting, regulator etc, and making good to the disturbed surfaces of walls/ floor etc to match with existing surfaces including white washing/colour washing/ distemper to match with existing wall/floor/ceiling finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure DB, MCB, main switch etc and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down sub main wiring of any size/ capacity complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour point wiring 1100 volt grade single core FRLSH PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor 1.50 sqmm drawn in and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 20mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 marked medium grade concealed on in wall/ceiling including FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed earth wire with multistranded copper conductor of size 1.50 sqmm pressed steel modular boxes sunk on wall for mounting of modular switches, switch sockets, fan regulator etc including modular cover with frame any size complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces for one light point controlled by one, one way switch. Note :- Cost of cable provided from sub main DB to respective switch board in rooms shall be included in the quoted point wiring rate. All switches, fan, sockets, ceiling roses and holders shall be connected to common earth dolly. (ii) The quoted rate shall be included cost of cutting chases etc of in wall / ceiling including re-surfacing complete.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core PVC FR LSH insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor and earth wire 1100 volt grade and drawing into PVC conduit not less than 20 mm medium grade concealed in wall of size 2x2.5 Sqmm with earth wire of 1x2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Accessories for point/sub main wiring like PVC junction box, bend, Tee, elbow shall be of same make.

All as per item No 5.00 herein-before but 2x4.0 Sqmm with earth wire of 1x4.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 5.00 herein-before but 2x 6.0 Sqmm with earth wire of 1x6.0 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling rose surface type 2/3 terminal 5 amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix modular switch one way 6A, 1 module complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure single pole & neutral for 240 volts 8 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T/Legrand/C&S/Havells as approved.

Supply and fix sheet metal enclosure vertical triple pole & neutral (VTPN) with MCCB 63 amps,4 pole, 16 KA breaking capacity for 415 volts 4 way with 200 Amp rated bus bar flush /surface mounting double door complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T/Legrand/C&S/Havells as approved.

Supply and fix MCB single pole 240 volt 6 to 40 amps 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' series complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T/Legrand/C&S/Havells as approved.

Supply and fix MCB single pole and neutral 240 volt 6 to 40 amps 10 KA breaking capacity, 'C' series, complete all as specified and directed. Make:- L&T/Legrand/C&S/Havells as approved.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 mtr. below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4.00 mm dia by means of bolts nuts check nuts & washer of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified and testing on completion including the material and labour for:- (a) Excavation and earth work or drilling hole for electrode in any type of soil (b) PCC pit in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (c) Pre cast RCC cover with suitable handle 40mm thick in cement concrete 1:2:4 reinforced with welded steel wire fabric weighting not less than 1.87 Kg/sqmm (d) Funnel with watering pipe of GI 20mm nominal bore medium grade and Aluminum lugs etc all as specified. (e) 15mm nominal bore medium grade GI protection pipe up to 7.50 meter long for protection of earthing lead. (f) Requisite quantity of charcoal and common salt. (g) Connection to earthing test point and testing on completion.
