A. Advance Work and First year Plantation

Survey, demarcation & mapping of Plantation alongwith Initial Cleaning of plantation area by cutting jungle & bushes as where necessary.

Bamboo tree guard with square cross section (size 4 feet height, 2 ft 6 inch width) with 2 ft 6 inch cross mesh with bamboo, 4nos of 5 ft. bamboo support with wire for holding support. The bamboo should be fixed 30 cm. below ground level.

Supplying and stacking of the plants at site of height 120-150 cm in big polybags of size 25 cm.

Soil Work in Digging, Planting and Filling of planting pits, Size of (0.3mx 0.3 m x.60m) with soil and cow dung in 4:1 ratio. Including supply of cow dung by the bidder.Planting of saplings in pits including carriage of plants up to the site .

Providing of irrigation water through water tanker(capacity 5000 ltrs) of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. At a time watering 20.00 liter/plant with one labour to be done i/c cost of water, filling of tanker, wartering at site with all leads and lifts. Watering shall be done to the plants 24 times/yr{Summer(April to July)- 4 times/month, Winter(Dec. to March)- 2 times/month,Nil for Monsoons months(Aug to Nov.)}

Howing, Deweeding and supplying Fertilizers/Chemicals, etc. (per plant 50gm DAP, 14gm Urea) twice in a year

Protection of Plants (Prahari), one labour(maali) watching over the plantation regularly.

B. Second Year work

Howing, Deweeding and supplying Fertilizers/Chemicals, etc. (per plant 50gm DAP, 14gm Urea) twice in a year

Protection of Plants (Prahari), one labour(maali) watching over the plantation regularly.

Providing of irrigation water through water tanker of Horticulture features i.e. lawn, tree, shrubs, hedge/edge, ground cover etc. at the site of work. C. Third Year work
