Charges for fabrication of M.S. bend out of 150 NB ERW M.S. pipe by cutting & welding including cost of consumables.

Charges for supply of Ø 150 NB M.S.ERW pipe

Charges for erection of new M.S.ERW Ø 150 NB Fire Hydrant pipe line at PTP area of MTPS-II by cutting, laying and welding including cost of consumables etc.,

Charges for providing supports by using M.S. Channels for the erected 150 NB M.S ERW pipes including cost of anchor fasteners and consumables etc.

Charges for supply of ‘U’ clamps suitable for Ø 150 NB pipe.

Hire charges for welding generators- 1 No/ day

Hire charges for Drilling M/c- 1 No/ day

Charges for carrying out the Hydro test for the erected 150 NB Hydrant pipes including cost of consumables etc.,

Charges for painting the erected 150 NB Hydrant pipe lines and supports with one coat red oxide primer including the cost of paint & consumables. (Red oxide primer should be contractor scope)

Charges for painting the erected 150 NB Hydrant pipe lines and supports with two coat of enamel red paint and grey paint including the cost of paint & consumables. (Enamel red paint & grey paint should be contractor scope) (Post office red)
