Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm (Eighteen millimeter) thick stone slab over 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified , Polished Granite stone slab jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying full body matte finish Vitrified tiles floor of KAJARIA/NITCO/Orient bell/Somany/Johnson or its equivalent, with different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in approved shade, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS : 15477, in average 6 mm (Six millimeter) thickness, including grouting of joints, Size of Tile 600x600 mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimeter)/600x1200 mm (Six hundred into One thousand two hundred millimeter), including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Antiskid Digital Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of KAJARIA/NITCO/Orient bell/Somany/Johnson or its equivalent, of size 300x300 mm (Three hundred into Three hundred millimeter)/600x600 mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimeter), or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved shade, laid on 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One Cement: Four Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm (Three point three kilogram per square meter), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Red Mandana stone slab for roofing and laying them in cement mortar 1 : 4 (one cement : four coarse sand) over wooden karries or R.C.C. battens or structural (Karries or battens or structural steel sections to be paid steel sections separately), including pointing the ceiling joints with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three fine sand ) complete : 40 (Forty) to 50 mm (Fifty millimeter) thick, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles of KAJARIA/NITCO/Orient bell/Somany/Johnson or its equivalent, conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved shades of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12mm (Twelve milimeter) thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, (Three point three kilogram per square meter),including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Marble stone flooring with 18 mm (Eighteen millimeter) thick marble stone, as per sample of marble approved by Engineer-in-charge, over 20 mm (Twenty millimeter) (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, including rubbing, nosing and polishing complete with Baroda green marble, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals.
