Disconnecting the electric supply of damaged 20 HP motor of unit 3 and decoupling the pump from motor of 05 cusec discharge pump and 20 HP motor set and then dismantling from the base frame with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles required at site. Carriage and shifting pump & motor along with allied equipments by way of shifting on head load to the nearest roadside using manual labour, loading in mechanical transport vehicle, carriage and unloading at workshop for repairs. After complete repairs back shifting of pump set to site of installation, i.e. LIS Karnaila Chak . The job includes labour charges, hire charges of vehicle (to & fro), loading and unloading. All the required tools and tackles are to be arranged by firm. Repair to pump of unit 3 by dismantling of pump set from the suction piece by unscrewing/cutting of old rusted nuts and bolts and taking out the tail piece of pump body by way of unscrewing the nuts and bolts using tools, tackles and manual labour at work shop, extracting the shaft assembly from pump body after unscrewing the required nuts, bolts from motor side and unscrewing the lock nut for impeller from suction side. Repairs to 05 cusec discharge pump at workshop by way of extracting the damaged parts. Repairs to pump shaft by way of turning, threading, finishing and cutting of key ways to required size. Repairs to impeller by way of brazing, remetalling, turning and finishing to required size and profile. P/F of new HC pump gland bushes-01 Nos., bearing (6408) 02 Nos, new check nuts and cotter set to required size. Repair to gland brackets, new gland rings, repair to HC pump body and bearing housings along with new bearing bracket. Fitting the shaft assembly to pump body by inserting it from motor side and fitting to the pump body by P/F of rubber sheet joints cut to size and required nuts and bolts along with washer. Providing and fitting of gland packing 08 mm, Fitting the impeller from suction side and locking it with lock nut. Fitting the tail piece of pump body by P/F of rubber sheet joint cut to size and required nuts and bolts along with washers. Similarly fitting of suction piece by P/F of 02 Nos rubber sheet joints to either side of suction piece cut to side along with new nuts and bolts with washer of required size, providing of new coupling pulley set on pump and motor shaft by way of turning to shaft size, key way making and finishing. Finishing of required no. of holes to the coupling pulley set for fixing coupling bolts. Providing of new coupling bolts, rubber bushes and cotter pins as per required size. Dismantling of the 20 HP motor at workshop for repairs to rotor of motor of unit 3 by providing and fitting of new bearings (DE & NDE) greasing it, making of new sleeves and finishing to bearing sizes, making new keyway and finishing of coupling , providing and fitting of bearing end covers sleeves ,repair to connection plate along with complete greasing of the bearings and then assembling of motor. Complete job includes, cost of material and labour charges with hiring charges of tools and tackles as well as transportation charges, welding set charges at site. Placing the pump and motor of unit 3 on base frame for alignment with the help of manual labour using tools and tackles and fixing new nuts and bolts. The job includes providing and packing of metal shims under the motor/pump as per site requirement for their proper alignment and to avoid undue vibration during operation and tightening the nuts & bolts. Coupling the pump and motor using new coupling bolts and rubber bushes. Filling of grease mixed with mobile oil in the bearing housing. Repairs to 300 mm dia foot valve of unit 3 by way of dismantling the suction pipe and lifting it by ropes to the head load side and then dismantling the foot valve and taking the foot valves to w/shop for providing and fitting of new machined flapper pins, leather washers, fabrication of new flapper plates and new set of nuts and bolts and repair to strainers. Assembling of foot valve and checking operation without load shifting it to site by using mechanical transport and installation at site . Re-assembling of entire foot valve with suction line of unit 1 and checking operation. Complete job include cost of material, carriage, labour charges and testing on full load at LIS karnailachak. Note: -The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate and rebate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.

Carriage and shifting of 3 cusecx10meters discharge HC pump, 20 HP motor and foot valve of 8” dia. of unit-III by way of dismantling from base frame and decoupling from motor shifting to nearest road side to head load /nearest roadside using manual labour, loading in mechanical transport, carriage to workshop for repairs After complete repairs back shifting of pump to site of installation at GiddarGalian. The job includes labour charges, hire charges of vehicle (to & fro)/carriage, loading and unloading & all the tools and tackles required for executing the works. Repairs to 3 cusecx10meters discharge pump at workshop by way of extraction of damaged parts. The job involves repair to impeller by way of brazing, turning and finishing to size. Repair to pump shaft by way of re-metaling, turning and finishing to required size. P/F of new gland bushes (GM/SS)-02 Nos., impeller wearing rings-02 Nos., check /lock nuts 02 Nos, bearing No. 6305-02Nos and new CI gland sets 02 nos and sleeves 2 nos.The job includes replacement of gland packing, greasing, rubber sheet joint, and cost of material and labour charges. Dismantling of the damaged 20 HP motor at workshop for repairs to rotor by way of rebuilding, turning of the rotor shaft and finishing to bearing size, making new keyway for coupling, P/F of new bearings-6309, 6310 and sleeves (DE & NDE). P/F of bearing end cover plate 01No. Complete greasing of the bearings and assembling the rotor and stator. Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Providing and fitting of new coupling set for unit no III along with required nuts and coupling bolts and rubber bushes of appropriate size after extracting the old damaged worn out coupling set. The job involves boring of coupling pulley and cutting of key ways as per sample of old coupling set. P/F of cotter set as per sample for fixing of coupling pulley.The job includes cost of material, hire charges of tools and tackles required for the job including labour and carriage charges.Installation of the repaired pump on base frame by p/f of new required nuts, bolts/ studs, oil packing with proper greasing of motor and alignment after coupling it with motor by providing and fitting of new coupling nuts and bolts along with bush and testing on full load. The job also involves aligning of suction and delivery end and fitting them with pump body by p/f of rubber sheet joint along with new nuts and bolts Complete job includes cost of material and labour charges. Repair to foot valve of 8” f of unit No III by way of Dismantling of suction line and extracting the suction pipe along with foot valve from the canal dismantling the foot valve at site, providing and fitting of leather sheet cut to size along new nuts and bolts of required size. Fitting the foot valve with suction pipe by P/F of rubber sheet joint along with new nuts and bolts of required size. Lowering down the suction pipe with foot valves in the canal and the aligning the suction pipe with other portion of suction and fitting it by P/F of rubber sheet joints along with new nuts and bolts at site. Also providing and fitting of suction pipe of 8” dia approximately a length of 5’ (In pieces) along with flanges 02 nos,. welded at their ends, with required nuts, bolts and rubber sheet joint of required size after extracting the old worn out suction piece by way of cutting the old worn out/ rusted nuts and bolts using gas cutter/electric cutter and taking out of the canal using manual labour.The job also involves shifting of extracted 8” dia sluice valve and reflux valves from LIS Katalbatal to workshop for repair. Cleaning the mud deposited in the reflux, sluice valvethen fitting the leather seat to the flap along with required nuts and bolts of the reflux valve. Checking the free movement of the flap. Repair to sluice valve of 8” dia by way of dismantling the top cover of sluice valve by opening the damaged/rusted nuts, bolt and extracting out the damaged sluice valve rod along with check nut for lifting the flap assembly. P/F of new sluice valve rod along with Check nut as per sample. Assembling back the sluice valve by P/F of rubber sheet joint along with new nuts and bolts P/f of gland packing of appropriate size at site. Checking the up and down movement of the flap assembly. Carriage of sluice, reflux valve to LIS Giddar Galian and fitting them for unit no III after dismantling of old damaged sluice valves and reflux valves of 8” dia along with required nut bolts and rubber seet joint of appropriate size. Further job involves making a provision of bypass system on reflux valves by way of welding 1.25’ dia MS pipe on delivery line 04 feet approximately in pieces threaded at both ends along with two no bends one union and one no ball valves/gate valve across the reflux valve. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, charges for welding set/gas cutter and other tools and tackles required for execution of work at site. Note: The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including the rebate on old material as per site conditions.
