Taking down chowkhats or frames n.exc 1.50 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats of frames exc 1.50 sqm but n. exc 4.0 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressed steel frame made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105x60mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc including filling of concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 (12.50 mm graded aggregate) back of chowkhats and incl two coats of synthentic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 30 mm 2nd class hard wood facoty made glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain , chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats with wire mesh fitted complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood plain framed, panelled (factory made) shutters (two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part-I) (Larger size to be provided) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated fitted to chowkats all as specified and directed

M & L preparation of new wood or wood based surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer all as specified and directed

S&F of aliminium anodized powder coated window double shutter glazed and guaged of stainless steel wire cloth having nominal dia of wire cloth having nominal dia of wire 0.36 and avg width of aperture1.40 mm along with aluminium section with 50 mm micron anodizing size of frame 125x44.5x6 mm gauge having size of shutter top/bottom/central rail shall be 44.5 x44.5x16 gauhe aluminium section with 50 micron anodizing and 5.5 mm thick black, tinted steel glass to be fixed on glazed portion including aluminium grill and stainless steel hoooks and eye to be provided as stay of shutters etc complete including necessary jointing, cleats, clips, rubber packing, aluminium fittings such as peg stay 150 mm long 1 no each leaf, hinge type B-21 of 100 mm long ( 02 no each leaf) and 100 aluminium tower bolts ( 02 no each leaf) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : cost of black/tinted sheet glass, stainless steel wire cloth, jointing and packing materials, anodized aluminium fitting etc shall be included in quoted rate complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden frames or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, glazed with putty or fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty not exe 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.
