Earth work excavation for foundation and depositing on bank with an intial lead of 10m and intial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff block cotton, hard red earth, shales, murrams, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and hard gravelly soil.

Providing and placing in Position of Plain cement concrete 1:5:10 (one part cement, Five part fine aggregate & Ten part coarse aggregate) using hard broken stone aggregate of maximum nominal size of 40mm by mixer machine including dewatering the placement site, laying the concrete in layers and in bays, compacting and finishing the surface with all leads and lifts watering curing to attain the profile and strength as specified for various depth and height and above ground level etc. complete as directed by the Engineer in charge of work complying with the standard specification.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality III class country brick Kiln burnt of size 8 ¾ x 4 ¼ x 2 ¾ for foundation and basement including curing etc complete complying with standard specification

Cement Concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement, Three sand and six broken stone jelly) using 20mm size hard broken stone jelly excluding cost of centering shuttering reinforcement grills and fabrication charges but including curing etc. complete.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5, 12 mm thick etc. Complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Fixing MS angle of size 50x50x6mm

Supplying and fixing chain link fencing 5cm x 5 cm x 10 gauge providing the MS Flat of size 20x3mm at top including the cost of binding wire but excluding the cost of MS Flat etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Providing MS Flat size 20x3 mm on top of chain link fencing.

Supplying and fixing of MS Grill Gate using MS angle and MS square rods including priming cost.

Painting New iron work with two coats for doors, windows, ventilators with Synthetic Enamel pain of approved color and quality etc. complete.

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushed, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Providing supplying and erection of steel Name Board of size of 1.20 x 0.90m with 50 mm dia Gl pipes of length 3.00m as supporting structure including two coats of enamel painting and lettering, conveyance and fixing at site etc. complete.

Providing supplying and erection of steel indication board of size 20” x 5” 18 gauge with 3’ height mounting rod (Total weight 1.5 kg/1No.) including painting and lettering etc. and including conveyance and delivery charges to the site etc.
